I was in Perth during the commonwealth head of government meeting and I have to say the city is very beautiful.

I would love to move there but I'm afraid I will be unemployed :/

They did a lot of cleaning up for CHOGUM. I grew up in Perth, returned for the first time in almost a year over Christmas, and they'd finally finished redoing St Georges Tce with all the trees - you can tell that there a lot of people with excessive amounts of money living there now, which wasn't always the case.

I actually moved away because there were no jobs in my industry in WA, so there you go.

In answer to the questions;

The dates listed are the only confirmed dates so far, based on how successful the weekly ones are, they may/may not continue, so if it's something you want to attend regularly, make sure you come down each week and bring as many of your friends as you can.

At the moment, I'm also working on getting a showmatch run after the GSL games to feature Perths top SC2 players to face off live.

Also, even though it starts at 5:10pm, you can come down later, no need to be there as it starts, as the events will last several hours in to the night.

And yes, there is a facebook group, listed in the original post, you can tell you friends to join the group. Here's the link again in-case you missed it.

I went to the last couple and there put together well and now with more sponsors starting to get on board it's gonna get huge. Everyone should come down and get amongst it, good drinks, great food and the people you meet are all like minded when it comes to SC2. I had a ball last time and will again definitely go to this if I don't fly out to work before.
