I dare too Dream

When reading your last few blog-post I saw that we have some things in common. For one we are both dreamers, although I don’t dream about SC. I’m saddened to see that certain individuals felt like cracking down on you because you didn’t understand why you had been banned and you felt confused.
Confusion is seen by many as a sign of weakness and thus the inevitable forum trolls attacked you like a pack of wolves. Nodding at each other while they were mocking you, not realising you have no hate or hard feelings for them but you are just like me, a wondering soul looking for a place to call his home. Looking for affection and understanding in an age were the only personality trait that seems to count is ego.
I hope you realise that hatred for those that spammed your blog is not the solution. Their souls have a big black crust around them protecting them from any harm but also excluding them from love. Do not hate on them because they are creations. Just like most human creations they are small wonders by themselves. Once they might have been like you and I, Free to love and to dream but their surroundings have turned them into who they are.
Try to realise that the people that mock you suffer from the same condition that we all suffer, a soul that needs to be fed. Sadly because of their crust they can’t feed it with love and can only feed it with mocking and making fun of. If one day we realise that all is needed to cure this condition is love and understanding this world would become a better place and you would be able to express your feelings. Your love for flash, savior, fbh and all the other SC players, without being mocked and instead being loved for it.
If darkness enshrouds you and creates the crust on your heart then don’t be afraid for I will still love you, just like I love all creations.
Reading this might give some of you the feeling that you need to make fun of me. Don’t hold back cause you are just feeding your soul and I will only love you more for it since your jokes will be the fuel that drives my effort to help mankind.

Salutations Teamliquid.net

Hello and nice to meet you my dear reader. As you might have noticed I’m quite new here at teamliquid.net. I’ve been reading this website for quite a while now and since I do like the vibe this place had I’ve finally decided to make an account and start with (trying) to contribute a bit to this community.
Before reading on I’d like to give you a small warning: I’m not funny, original, artistic, intelligent or by any means a good writer. I’ll do my best to entertain and/or interest you but most likely I will bore you. So bear in mind that any minute spend reading my stuff is another minute wasted.

Introduction
Before we’ll get into anything serious I think I owe you an apology for not introducing myself yet. Introductions on the internet are always a strange thing. I could write my name, where I live, what my favourite colour is and how may pets I have but I doubt anyone would give a damn. However not introducing myself would be rude so I’ll just tell a bit about my time spend on the internet.
I’d call myself a wanderer. I’ve been around in cyberspace for quite a while, played a lot of games and have been part of quite a few forums. I’ve seen communities rise and I’ve seen them fall apart. By no means am I trying to brag about being a “veteran” or “elite” at this whole internet thing. All I’m saying is that even though I’m new to teamliquid.net I am not new at the internet. =)

The Purpose of this Blog
I’m actually not quite sure yet what I’ll do with this. For me personally the hardest part in anything is just getting started, as soon as I’m doing something things can come natural. The idea behind this is just to find a way to connect you, the TL Community. When you are new to a community its often like moving in too a new city. Everything is new, the people, the rules, the good and bad places to hang out.
You can choose to not connect at all with the inhabitants and just sit back to read and hold back on any discussions. You could try to break the ice with a nice racist joke (not recommended) or you could just participate directly in any discussion.
With this blog I’m trying to do something new and I wonder how it will work out. I’ll mostly abuse this place to post any thoughts about my life or life in general with maybe a bit of SC mixed in here and there (lest face it though, the odds of me producing a story about SC that is able to rival or come even close to one of plexa’s works of art is quite low ).

For everyone that’s still with me (this text isn’t that long so I expect at least a few ) thanks for your time and I hope you found it enjoyable.
