So my martial arts black belt test is supposed to be this Friday the 28th of November. I went to class today and we had regular training and practice preparing for the exam. At the end of the class, I saw the Master Kang kyo Sig talking with my instructor about something so I was wondering what are they talking about. Then my instructor comes to me and he says " I have 2 Good news, one good however the other is good too but very stressful". I was like what is it? So he was like" Your test is delayed till sometime in December!" I was like YES, I can practice more. Then.. The other part came, " One of the Main Korean Channels(I dunno which one) is going to come and take a live shoot of the whole test!".... I was like... WTF! THIS IS WHAThbdjsadhnsakldsa you know what I mean? I am extremely excited.. However on the other hand the stress I had concerning the test increased tenfold!! I hope for the best guys and wish me luck!!
P.S. My martial art is called Hoi Jeon Moo Sool, its not popular globally but its a style of Hapkido created by the twin brother of Hapkido's Mung Jae Nem.

I just came back from purchasing this new headphone thinking it would give me the comfort and sound quality I want while playing games and listing to music or watching videos. However, this turned out to be the worst Headset created on planet earth. Let me welcome you to the world of Precision™ PC Gaming Headset.
![[image loading]](http://www.legitreviews.com/images/reviews/308/logitech_gaming_headset.jpg)
First of all the headset is shit as fuck. In terms of both quality and comfort. The quality of the sound is so bad your ears will turn into shit. The other thing that sucks is the comfort, a headphone is supposed to make it comfortable while listing to whatever you want to listen to, however these headphones thought it would be "cool" if they hanged on your ears... Trust me, after using this headphone for 1hr straight my ears are hurting because its lift weighting.. literally.
Now lets see, whats good about these headphones... They look "cool" cause they hang from the back of your head right? Sheesh, what a disappointment... Logitech seriously made a huge mistake with creating such a no use headphone.

Hey guys so I did this poem for one of my internal assessment in IB, its about the story Lord of the flies by Golding. Its just a rough draft so I bet there are going to be couple of change here and there. Tell me what you guys think:
"Reminiscence of the forgotten ones"
A decade since it took us apart, When Angels wept and skies turned red. Flowers blossom and birds chipper, The world is filled with joy and happiness, Yet my heart is still filled with sorrow and sadness. Due to a memory still deep within, A memory concealed from many, Within it lies the tale of the courageous duo, The reminiscence of the forgotten ones. Like warriors from battle they fell, Wounded by acts of savagery and blindness, Their bodies ripped by the devil's blade, Silencing them till the hour of divine assault came. Looking upon them was the lost soul, Not felling guilt nor shame, For what had been done was for the cursed land to blame, The two fell like angels from the stars, Both innocent yet determined, That their deaths were not in vain. This memory will stay within, Never sinking in the sands of time, It reminds me, Of the heroes of my era. I know the tale like the way my heart beats, Yet each time I remember thee, I mourn with sorrow, remembering the lost ones.

Today I have just received one of the most shocking news at school. This will probably remain as a shock for the coming days until I picture this in reality. So I am in the IB programme and the main talk those days in school is about the predicted grades. All of the IB students were waiting for the teachers to hand in their predicted grades to the IB coordinator which will eventually make them available to us.
Today at period 2, we were told we can pick them up at the end of the day. I wasn't nervous, I calculated my self either a 34 or 35 based on my personal opinion. The end of day came pretty fast, people went in the room to get their predicted grades and there were some happy and other sad faces. So I walked slowly towards the room, and asked our IB coordinator for my grades... He pulled out 2 papers and said here you go, I looked at it and went O.O!!!! I was Predicted A 38!!!! WOAH!! WTH, I went into a Sjhsafoasf moment not being able to grasp what happened. But then I saw it a gain clearly, 38!! I became filled with joy, this is a real accomplishment for me. I didn't expect anything like this, seriously what an unexpected shock!!

The list interests me in its own way, the PSP seems to be getting lots of attention recently and games are just being announced out of nowhere for it. Now one of those project Sony is working on for the PSP, is little big planet psp version. It was announced just recently, and for those of you who dont know its a new game coming up for the ps3 that enables creative play to make your own platformer. Square is taking a deep intrest into the PSP with all those games announced such as dissidia and kingdom hearts. I am not that surprised with the ps3's list since it was quite expected, what shocked me through those recent months is the sudden rise in PSP game announcements, what do you guys think about that?

Ancient history is one of most interesting aspects for human exploration. Despite all the technology we have now, we still have gaps left of the past that we are not able to clarify and truly understand. With things such as ancient languages and mystical disappearances of some ancient civilizations, human always wonder how would they ever find the missing pieces to solve the puzzle. Whenever humans are given the opportunities to learn something of the past such as tales, legends, and true facts they are always excited to investigate and understand them. China, one of the ancient lands that was the home of great civilizations have their own tales to tell. One of the most interesting and wonderful tales is the story of the three kingdoms.
![[image loading]](http://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/6/65/Three_Brothers.jpg)
Romance of three kingdoms is a book that tells the tale of what happened during the three kingdoms era in china. It is considered as one of the top 4 classic novels in Chinese literature. The story combines myths and legends with true facts that actually happened. Thus, the book itself is 60% and 40% myths and legends. The book goes in depth into destruction of the han empire and the rise of Shu, Wu, and Wei which became the three kingdoms that fought over control of china. The interesting thing about this tale, is that it talks about over 100 characters in detail and involves countless mini-stories that within it. Each of the characters listed has his own personality and way of thinking thus the book turns into something completely huge and extremely detailed. Despite the book's large size (its divided into 4 parts and has over 2000 pages in total) , the pace keeps going in a good motion without boredom from reading. This is all due to the countless interesting stories and events that happen in the book which causes change of place, theme, and environment. This tale deals with trust, betrayal, romance, friendship, loyalty, bravery, decision making, intelligence, and huge amounts of examples. It portrays a deep study on human behavior and thought through its characters and events.

I strongly recommend reading this epic novel, that really excited me from beginning to end. The novel is truly a masterpiece of myth and history. The combination is so perfect that its really a worthwhile experience. Many people compare Romance of the three kingdoms to the homer's Iliad and Odyssey. ROTK (romance of the three kingdoms) was also adapted into a video game by the name of Dynasty warriors. It gained huge popularity even though the game was criticized for being repetitive. For any readers out there, or Dynasty warriors fans this is a must have novel. ![[image loading]](http://www.g4g.it/g4g/wp-content/uploads/2008/04/liu_bei_romance_of_the_three_kingdoma_evolution_02.jpg)

Throughout the years, martial arts has evolved into so many different styles that it is impossible to count. Different parts of the world have developed self-defense systems in order to protect themselves since the early ages and had improved those systems as they adapted to their environments. Though all those styles maybe very different in their techniques and skills taught, all share one united goal: to give a person the ability to face danger and deal with it in the most efficient possible way. Although different styles seek their way to prefect one thing the best they could, others argued that we should use whatever we can get. One of the most notable people to have done that is one of the greatest martial arts legends : Bruce Lee. ![[image loading]](http://imagecache2.allposters.com/images/pic/CLASS/130-112~Bruce-Lee-Posters.jpg)
Bruce Lee, one of the "fathers" of modern martial arts took a different approach to martial arts than many before him. Instead of maximizing one thing, why not take the whole picture and pick out whatever is essential from each style and use it. "Use only that which works, and take it from any place you can find it." is a quote that lee used to described part of his philosophy towards martial arts. He wanted to use everything humanly possible developed by different masters and absorb it. This doesn't mean that he wanted to be a master every single style, but rather combine whatever he can combine to find new more effective combinations. This new approach towards martial arts inspired huge amounts of people which eventually lead to MMA's establishment and other tournaments such as UFC. Another huge part of lee's philosophy is the ability to be formless and unexpected. To bring in a new element to martial arts was a huge turnover. "Be formless... shapeless, like water. If you put water into a cup, it becomes the cup. You put water into a bottle; it becomes the bottle. You put it into a teapot; it becomes the teapot. Water can flow, and it can crash. Be water, my friend..." is yet another famous quote from Bruce lee which basically means to be so flexible like water, and yet at the same time strong because of your flexibility. You can flow and move swiftly or crash and be as hard as stone. Both by Lee's theory was approachable and clearly possible. He wanted to dismiss the fact that the more strong and bigger you are, the more powerful. ![[image loading]](http://www.wnd.com/images2/Bruce%20Lee.jpg)
Bruce Lee's philosophy and theories are what made him into this great martial arts icon. To combine such theory, with physical fitness creates an unstoppable weapon. However, Lee's death came to a shock for everyone in the world. How can a person so fit die so suddenly?! The case reports that Lee has been suffering from some kind of headache due to over practice and pushing himself above his limits, he was then prescribed a medicine but it turned out that he was allergic to it. It was too late for him or anyone to realize that, as the medicine served as his fatal blow and died because it increased the swelling of his brain causing his misfortune death. Although Lee is not in this world anymore, he will always be remembered for his amazing martial arts skills and philosophies.
