Hey guys,

in 2010 I finally decided to get serious on learning Korean. I'm currently teached by a friend and famous Teamliquid user ! As for now I can read quiet a bit and also write. The main problem is that I lack vocabulary right now I guess, and that Korean has so many out of the rule stuff. (exceptions for the lose

If anyone here speaks Korean fluently, please write something and I'll romanize it and the other way around, you can also put the translation in spoilers if you want and don't mind :-)! I'd love to work hard to improve fast.

Edit: Since I'm at work right now I can only read and translate from Korean to English, because I can't type Korean at work.

Hey,...

I'm searching WingZero Wallpaper in 1920x1080. I try to find any wallpaper in that size or high resolution pictures of WingZero to make a wallpaper myself, but .. seems to be pretty hard.

Is anyone here capable of drawing wingzero in Photoshop or whatnot? Maybe someone from the graphics team? If you are really good and you are sure you can make a perfect WingZero wallpaper in 1920x1080, you can also give me a heads up about you charging some money for it!

Thanks in advance for any help.

This one is pretty good, but far too small:

Inspired by Grobyc and Zoler and because I've to work whole night (ACTUALLY NOTHING TO DO AT WORK) and I'm bored, ask me anything :-)!

Hopefully some people are around, so I have something to do. Here you go.

Just a short question, is it possible to remove text from replays?-_-; Would be really cool since for movies etc sometimes there's a lot of chat in the scenes.. etc;

If anyone got a way of removing the text, help me please.

The new season started just yesterday and I decided to get back in shape or actually get better than ever before after my inactivity.

As much as I hate laddering with Terran, I will stick to Terran because I just love the race and I guess when I'm getting better and win more than before, it will be more fun.

In addition I will only play against Koreans and on the maps they use. (Right now I'm playing mainly Moon Glaive and some Destination)
I made 7 games today and it didn't went well. I'm currently 3-4 with 1190 points, but my opponents were pretty strong, at least most of them. I think Terran vs Protoss on Moon Glaive is really hard and I have a hard time getting the 3rd base up if Protoss decides to play really macro-heavy. I think the best would be a 4 factory defence style with upgrades, but I'm not sure, have to play more on that map. (If you have a good way to play that map, just give me a heads up!)

I lost a few really disappointing games because my hands were freezing and in one game I just made wrong decisions in late game. Its always really frustrating to lose a 40 minute TvP ! I still just said 'gg' and left the game.

Hm yeah... my goal this season is again A- (did it once against Korean only) or maybe A which will be really hard. I don't have much confidence in TvP and TvT whereas my TvP is not bad, just not really amazing right now. I'm pretty confident with TvZ since I don't think its hard to understand and you mainly need mechanics and multitasking to be victorious.

I hope I manage to do a replay pack from B- and higher games :-)!
I have to work this night so I won't be playing, but I'll play a lot this weekend I guess. Also I won't say my account here because I'll just update with another blog if something "amazing" happens etc. It does bother me quiet a bit if people know my account, I just can focus a lot better when I'm unknown.

Good luck to everyone!

Hey everyone,

as you might know I asked for Korean stuff so my friends and I could go out and enjoy traditional Korean things... so, today was the day we went. Even though we were only 3-_-;

We got tuna kimbab, 2 servings of samgyeopsal, 1 serving of bulgogi (beef), japchae and lots of other side dishes...

Here you go ...

Starting the samgyeopsal... (we had like .. a loooot ^^)

Salad for samgyeopsal I think^^ (we also got a marinade for the meat)

Sesame oil with salt for samgyeopsal

Hello everyone,

especially Koreans or fans of the Korean kitchen. As a few of you might have seen I was out to enjoy a Korean dinner with my friend and it was really good. We had vegetable kimbab and bulgogi (pork). We enjoyed it so much (even though it was expensive) that we decided to go again with a few more people. Probably like 4, 5 at best.

I know that there are no courses (food) in Korea, but I will still refer Kimbab as appetizer and bulgogi as a main course in this blog.

So, as I mentioned we want to go out with 4/5 people and have a typical korean meal, with appetizers , main course , side dishes and a dessert.
We want to spent about 100 Euro and it should look like:

Just a well filled table with lots of stuff we can enjoy. Everyone can try something etc..

So, there's basically anything in that Korean restaurant. Its tradionally Korean, so please help me setting up a good dinner for my friends and me.

If you post stuff, please post it as following:

Also I'd like you to post pics and maybe a small describtion of what it actually is. (Not everyone knows what a Yuk Gae Jang soup is).

What I'd imagine (must be included).

Pajeon (appetizer)

I'm trying to play on BrainClan for now, but it seems like there's nearly no one on the channels I know..

What are the most famous channels to play ladder etc? T_T... Because I see 6000+++ Users in 1700 Games and 130++ channels.

I'm always in that channel right below Brood War-1 for ladder, but its rarely 10 users there. Anyone help pls^^
