How old of a starcraft player do you have to be to be considered old school?

I always enjoyed chemistry, and I knew that I wanted to take it in University. But this year (grade 12) in chemistry my mark is fairly horrid. At the start of the year I started out at a good mark of about 85% but I have slowly been getting bad on tests and that mark has dropped down to about a 72%. My physics is at a 72% and I know I suck at physics and I never liked the course or try very hard in it anyway.

I just got back our 2nd last test of the course and I got a 50%. I am extremely disappointed about that mark especially since I studied very hard and thought I understood the unit very very well.

This has been re-occuring in my past few tests and as a result my mark has been dropping substantially. I always go into the test extremely confident, I even come out extremely confident. But when I get that back it's always extremely disappointing. I think that my estimated mark is inversely proportional to my actual mark. I think I will get a low 90 and I will get a 72% or as on this test I thought I would get a low 80% but got a 50%. I don't understand wtf is happening.

It makes me wonder if I should actually take chemistry in university or not. Good thing that University applications are due in a few weeks. Sigh I just don't know what to do anymore.

Some people may say "just work harder" I have been working hard, I study for these tests for at least 10 hours. Even quizzes I study for like 3 hours and still do horrible. I also tried not studying on a test, and let me tell you I got about the same mark I would have studying.

I don't know if chemistry is right for me anymore...I just plainly don't know what to do...

I recently got high with some of my friends at a small lan party at someones house. It was a very very weird experience, but I am fairly happy that I did it.

When I first took it in it was completely disgusting and I kept coughing and I felt like I had to puke. After I took 2 smokey things out of my friends pipe, I went back in side to wait for some cool affects. Unfortunately there was no affects after the 2 minutes that I anxiously waited. So I went back outside and took a few more smokes. While walking back to the living room where the computers were set up, I started to feel....odd. I started to notice that when I walked the floor felt weird on my feet.

Than when I got into the living room, and two of my other friends who hadn't smoked any where there. I decided to tell them that I didn't do any at all and that I bitched out. For some reason I thought this was the funniest thing in the world, and I could not do anything else but laugh my ass off for about 10 minutes.

Me and my non-high friend were interested in the first time effects of the drug, so we decided to do some tests. I could not stop laughing though at the fact that I had been laughing for about 15 minutes straight. He decided to throw an empty box of smarties at me, to see if I could catch it. I missed it numerous times, and then he said "ok I am going to eat this box of smarties and than throw it at you again." I did not understand, so I said "here you go" and threw him an empty box to throw at me. In which case he told me what I had done and I started laughing for a solid 5 minutes again.

Next I wanted to see how good at Starcraft I would be, so I played him in a 1:1. Unfortunately I do not have the rep but I will give a synopsis of the game. Hes like a D-- player so I played off race.

-I decide that I am going to do a 1 fact cc and toy with him a bit.
-"WOOO MY HANDS LOOK TRIPPY"
-I forget to make a supply depot at 9 so I make it late at 10.
-I send scout.
-I make barracks at like 12 because I forgot to make it at 10ish.

At this point my friend says "Hey Eric did you scout?" so I press 1 (the hotkey for my scout) and it turns out I didn't send it anywhere.

-I send scout again
-Barracks is complete I got to make a factory.
-I then build gas since I forgot it.
-I then build another barracks and another supply depot.
-I then almost die to a zeo rush.
-I then own him with mm army, with un-Micro.

In the game my apm was about 150 lower than usual because at random points in the game I would notice that I hadn't laughed in about 2 minutes and then break into uncontrollable laughing. I also remember not noticing my friend sitting beside me, and then all of a sudden he was there out of no where.

After raping my friend, I decide to listen to some music. So my techno god of a friend put on a nice relaxing chill mix called "lost(Chill mix)" and I watch the visualizer completely tripping out, and laughing uncontrollably at how hard I was tripping. My friends also make fun of my because I was dancing a little bit in my chair, and waving my hands in front of my face saying "WOOOOOLOOOOOLOOOOOOO"

Also this supposedly happened, but I only remember it a bit. The same friend who I played in 1:1 and stuff was talking to me about our sc game, or a wc3 game, or a wow game. I am not sure I just know we were talking about some game. But told me he was like

him:"yea you owned me in Starcraft"
me: "yea but your getting better at Starcraft"
him: "Starcraft? Were talking about wc3"
me:"WTF YOU SERIOUS? wow what was the match up? Orc vs Night Elf?"
him: "Night elf? Guy were talking about wow"


My friends were VERY VERY VERY annoyed with me, since I laughed for about 1.5 hours straight. But through this experience I have learned that drugs aren't so cool as everyone makes them out to be. I really do not see what is so fun about drugs, I personally find Starcraft one million times more fun then weed. I don't think that I will ever smoke again since I do not want to become addicted.

I am in my final year of High School, and at lunch I usually play Hearts, or Spades, or Euchre with my friends at lunch. Since they are my card's and I hate deciding on who will play. Since all the games listed are 4 player games and I have more then 4 friends at any given time, I use the first come first serve technique.

Now there is this one person who's name will remain unsaid, but he seriously looks and acts like hes about 7 years old, he must have some sort of weird disease or something, seeing as how he is actually 17. To give you some idea of his personality here's a nice list..
-Teachers pet suck up
-Hermione Granger like hand quickness when answering questions, TO BAD he's almost ALWAYS wrong.
-Always volenteer's for in class things.
-Dreams of going to Nipissing University, but does not to be to far from home, even tho it is really only about 3 hours from his house.
-One of my friends asked him if he has ever masturbated, he said he has not, and he has never been on porn.

This problem started last year when randomly he just started sitting with us, I am fairly certain he does not know any of our names, and yet he considers us friends. So last year we assumed after about a week or so he would just leave us alone and stop sitting with us. Which he didn't, but we weren't to concerned since the year was basically over.

This year however he still sits with us, and since his class before lunch is close to the cafeteria he always get's there first. So according to my own rule I need to let him play, where as I would way rather play with my actual friends.

How do I get him to go away, keep in mind I don't want to be too mean to him?

I am not fat or anything, but one of my boobs is quite a bit larger then the other one... How do I make it as small as the other one, and how did this happen in the first place?

I am in grade twelve, and I am hoping to go to University next year. I am hoping to achieve a mid to high 80% average, but one of my course could potentially fuck me over. Earth and Space Science. It's not that the course is hard or anything I mean the prerequisite was 10 Academic Science and I am in grade twelve. Currently my mark is complete shit (79%). The reason is...

THE TEACHER, is complete shit! Here's a routine of the day, walk into the class room, sit down take 3 pages of notes from a power point. Bell rings go to next class.

I just had a test and it was on our first month of class. WE were expected to memorize about 90 full pages of detailed little fucking points. I don't even think that is possible. I studied for at least 10 hours, because it was a pain in the cock memorizing all these different things.

Then the test is full of obscure little fucking questions, and shit I am 100% sure we did not learn. Throughout the test, I am thinking to myself "We didn't learn that", "what the fuck how are we supposed to know that?", "dumb crack whore bitch go die".

Since my desk was at the front, and I am a slow test writer (especially when I don't know what the fuck is going on in the test) so I would hear people stand up, to hand their test's in and ask the teacher "I hope this doesn't count for a lot I failed" I heard this many many many times. My Asian friend who is the smartest person in our grade, and most likely school (avg is like 97%, his SAT score was 2250)said that at best he got a 85%.

She didn't give us a sheet that said all the topics on it, she didn't give us review questions, she never gives us questions of any kind. The course is taking notes from power point and then writing a test on them.

I am almost certain I could do a better job teaching then her. When people ask questions in her when we are taking notes class such as "What is a supernova?" SHE will directly read what it says on the note.

She is borderline retarded.

sigh We had an assignment due, which was extremely easy in my oppinion only a small one marked out of 10 but obviously weighted differently. The assignment was basically to take a premade map of a region and make written directions for a theoretical hiker who would be following those directions to get to a certain point. It was very easy for the most part. Except one question that the entire class fucked up on. Now in our directions we were supposed to include a variety of specific things. One of them being to describe the changes in elevation (we were using topographic maps).

So we all make directions such as "you will notice that the inclination increases gently" or a variety of other things meaning the same thing.

We all get it wrong, and lost 2 out of 10 marks, which is 20% obviously which is a shit load.

Our class consists of people who are taking the class to boost their avg so that they can go to a good university, and the class avg is 55% I have the 2nd highest mark sitting at a 73%.

Now i know people in this thread were saying things such as "get used to this because this is how it is in university" well I don't think it is like this in university. Unless in university, your teachers give you pure notes followed by quizes, and assignments, on things that are not in your notes. Or they use a statement on a test that obviously refers to one thing that you HAVE learned, only later to learn that you were incorrect and it was asking something you have not learned about.

Seriously tho the only reason I am getting a 73% is from shit I have learned in other classes. Like on one of our main tests there was an equation we didn't learn in the class but i leanred it in physics. Or the emmission spectra's that I didn't learn in the class and was on the test work about 20%, but I learned in chemistry, some of my friends weren't so lucky unfortunatly.

Me and my friend are going to talk to the VP very soon about her, cause she is actually retarded. I mean imagine Last Shadow, or Combat-ex teaching a course on SC, Just makes you want to kill yourself, or them.

Im not sure if other people do this or not, or if they can do it (im a superhero?). But in the morning when I'm awake but still sleeping, or just lying in bed thinking about things. I can like start imagining a story in my head, and then I will like fall into a light sleep. While i sleep i will have a dream about, what happens next in the story i was just thinking of. So it's a bit like i can create my own dreams. Can anyone else do this?
