I will go very soon for WCGs in Cheng Du, and I was wondering if China has the same arcades as Japan. I am a SFIV player aswell and it would be an occasion to play with different people, so if by any chance anyone living in China can tell me if it is possible finding arcades there or I should just forget it it would be awesome.

Well guys it's not in my style doing this but I am posting here because I love Teamliquid and I just feel like doing so . I am leaving for WCG right now and this might probably be the last time I browse a Starcraft site from my home. I promised myself to never touch anything related to BW again if I don't achieve nothing in this year WCG. I am quite sure I won't achieve anything besides ro16 since there are lots of players better than me, so this is probably just a goodbye from me to the community I love the most. I thank everyone of you guys for giving me a lot of support and strenght, no one ever believed in me as a good player as much as the people of Teamliquid. I'll do my best in this WCG anyway, I don't really want to quit the game but the reality is that I'm not prepared yet, and I can't keep spending my time on this game anymore. So goodbye everyone, and again thanks for everything.

So hi everyone who is reading this ^_^ I need some suggestions to lose weight! I haven't done any sports in the past 15 months (maybe more) because I was too busy studying/working/practicing Brood War and now I am kind of fat . Before becoming a nerd full time I was pretty much into weight lifting at gym (I was going 6 times@week and I had good results but my body was becoming too big and I didn't like it so I stopped) but I never experienced an healthy diet in my life. Most of the muscles I had turned into fat and I think this is the right time to care about my body again. Basically I would like to know what kind of alimentation I should add to the running/rope skipping I'll start to do in 2 weeks ![[image loading]](http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/3817/kruemelmonsteryn0.gif) I am very grateful to anyone who is gonna give me some help!

Lately I have not played a lot, not nearly enough the amount of training I would need to meet my expectations for the upcoming WCGs. So since I'm starting practicing again I thought I should record FPVODS and watch them over and over so I could find my flaws and get better at a faster rate! Still I don't know at all where to get started and which programs to use. If anyone can suggest me some decent programs, maybe not too complex to use, it would be a great help for my next results ![[image loading]](http://img223.imageshack.us/img223/3817/kruemelmonsteryn0.gif)
