Bisu is asking the most annoying fanbase around the e-sports world for a new Logitech mini optical soccer mouse. As return, he would like to give a SKT1 shirt and a thank-you letter with his autograph to whoever donates the mouse.

Sometimes it just doesn't go as planned .... I can't believe that you were falling out of OSL And everybody used to be so envious of you

I got the Korea visa yesterday from a travel agency. I told the staff there I would come back the next day to get the airtickets to Seoul which I booked few days ago. I also called a local banner/flag-making shop that I would send my design of a cheerful banner the next day.
Then I went home, it's 7pm here (8pm KST). It's 3-0. I told everyone I would go to watch your finals but you just lost semifinals. I'm not hating anyone. I just got pissed off.
I apologize, to all friends that helped me arrange my trip that is obviously canceled now. Fran, thanks for the sexy banner. I'm sorry it would never be printed out. Susie, you are the kindest person I meet at TL.
The passion was gone long ago. When did I play a serious PvT or PvZ or PvP last time? It must be four or five years ago. What's left is a dream and I'm a dreamer. I want to be there when my favorite player kisses his champion trophy, for once. It could be Him, Nal_rA, or....
Now I'm gonna watch the three games after updating them to TLPD. I will watch them very carefully. When someone beats you so bad, he must be better than you. I wonder how.
Still a dreamer.

Shinhan Bank ProLeague Individual Rank 2009/02/28

Within a week, Bisu won 9 out of 10 games in WL (All-kill OGN, 2 kills vs CJ, 3 kills vs Oz) and achieved an overall 79% winning ratio in SPL 08~09 season. He's only 4 victories behind Flash and Jaedong.
Bisu mentioned in the post-match interview that he got some anniversary gifts from fans today. I checked my blog archive....oh it's been a year already. On Feb 18 last year, SKT1 hold a press conference to announce they signed Bisu from MBC. At that time, I thought MBC were selling an individual league star player they probably had to pay the most because 1)this star player did not do well in Proleague 2)with the same amount of salary they could hire more talent amateurs. I wrote in a blog entry that "apparently he's not a good team player".
I'm happy Bisu has proved that I was wrong, totally wrong.
I'm not going to talk about selfishness or team spirit thing, which might sound too biased or too noble. I believe Bisu is getting better in Proleague because he has found a right position in SKT1. He's not an invader from another team as KeSPA #1 by then. He's learnt from new good teammates and also contributed to the team. He's now a good team player, no doubt.

Tired after dealing nearly 2K photos and watching Bisu's + Show Spoiler + in WL. Less words, let photos speak themselves. I stayed in Paris for 24 days in January, which was the first and best thing happened to me in my bull year 2009. I wish I could go there again, but in the summer!
Special thanks to Taiche and Yejin for your help and advices
PHOTOBUCKET was dead. Here are photos on Picasa: http://picasaweb.google.com/emlary7/EmlaryInParis#

Read the news article HERE (Google Translation)
Basically the story is NetEase, the 2nd largest gaming company in China, also the future publisher of StarCraft 2 in China, is going to open pig farms as well as a website that can provide the online broadcasting of how they feed up pigs.
Do not laugh at the poor guy. I mean, seriously this could be more promising than gaming in China, as a business. The price of pork has great influence on the comsumer price index (CPI) in our country, which rocketed up to 8.7% once last year.

Interesting facts I find out when searching on TLPD:
1. Bisu never played against July in any MSL related game or PL. All 5 games between the two were OSL games, only 5! 2. Bisu and July have been in a same group of OSL for 3 times. 3. Bisu lost to July in the first group game and won the tiebreaker against July. Bisu made Ro8 and July dropped out, twice. [edit: Just recalled the Bacchus OSL group match, Bisu suddenly disconnected when he's almost losing the game. Then the umpire ruled his out after checking the replay that his DT wasn't out yet. Few days later, he beat July in the tiebreaker with sexy DTs and storms.]
4. Bisu vs July on Python (2007 ODL S2 Group D), their first game, was also the first live game I watched after I had quit the progaming scene since 2005.
Hmmm...still worried about his game versus July tomorrow because Bisu was 5-5 in his last 10 PvZ. This might be the worst period of time of his PvZ, which he used to be known for. Almost kicked out of OSL with 2 straight losses by Hero and kicked out of MSL by Savior and Zero (I can't even tell who is Hero and who is Zero, wtf?), Bisu needs to prove his PvZ immediately. It's good the game won't be on Tears of the Moon (actually Kal_vs_Jaedong was the only PvZ on that map in the group stage).
Batoo OSL Group A Standings: Bisu 1-0 Stork 1-1 Yellow 1-1 July 0-1
My prediction: Bisu > July July > Stork Bisu > Yellow -------> Bisu 3:0, July/Yellow/Stork tiebreaker
Also possible: July > Bisu July > Stork Bisu > Yellow -------> July/Bisu 2:1, Yellow/Stork 1:2 out
The worst scenario: July > Bisu July > Stork Yellow > Bisu -------> July/Yellow 2:1, Bisu/Stork 1:2 out
I'd love to see both No.1 and No.2 Protoss make this group but dear Dinotoss looks really like cursed recently.

I was soooo pissed off. Everytime I fell for him, he just....lost.
Hot_Bid, it's your fault. IT'S YOUR FAULT! >_< You wrote those fantastic battle reports/TLFEs which made me love him more.
Whatever, I'm gonna see how it happens when vods are up.

1. I don't argue with any Flash or Jaedong or Savior fanboy.
2. Compared to once an OSL group of 3 former champions (Oov, July and Nada), a Jaedong/Flash/FBH/Hwasin group is not really a big deal. Don't forget neither FBH nor Hwasin has been in a major final.
3. Once an OSL group selection, everyone got excited because a new season would start with the previous OSL champion (Nal_rA) versus the previous MSL champion (Oov). It brought so much hype and a dramatic scene. Bisu did the same thing once before, which unfortunately he lost to Jaedong. I think it's enough. Expecting Bisu picks up the toughest opponent every time when he has other choices is not fair. He's served progaming fans (general, not specific) pretty well.
4. XellOs was once considered a weak TvP player. So he desperately wanted to prove his TvP by picking up Zeus after he beat Yellow in the previous OSL finals. (If you don't know Zeus, he's once a great Terran killer.) XellOs lost to Zeus afterwards and did not even make into Ro8. I'd like to see Bisu win another title in a PvT final but I don't think he needs to prove his PvT in the first round of the new season. He's patient, he could wait.
5. I really love Plexa's TLFE "To Bolt is to Boxer". Talking about the showmanship, Bisu has done a good job on March 3rd, 2007 and yesterday. Although it took a bit longer to obtain 3 MSL titles to meet Savior's pre-March-3rd words, he did it. He won 3 MSLs and came back to pick up Savior. It's dramatic enough to me. They all know, what fans expect the most. There's always a choice between practicality and heroism. No one can say it's 100% sure Bisu will beat Savior. What's unexpected usually is the most memorable.
So, what I saw is Bisu made an interesting Group A (oh I really want to see Bisu give a lesson to the cocky kid, what's his name? Magma?) and a funny group F. This is showmanship, no matter how far he can make in this MSL.
P.S I don't care if they pretend being good companies as they look like. It's showtime. + Show Spoiler +

It's a bit odd that we met in Paris eventually. We've known each other for 7 years (back when TL.net started) but never met before in person.
Waxy is adorable. It's nice to see and talk to him in person, though most we talk about is oldschool memories. How do old progamers do recently? Is Boxer going to kick everyone's ass again? Sorta things.
We had lunch in Montmartre, which the chef was surprised to hear he's from Korea and I'm from China.
Plus, a sunset picture taken from Basilique du Sacré Coeur.
