So when I visited China and was in BeiJing 1 week ago there has been an insurgent of English posters and Ads sprouting all over the place. I saw this one in a restroom of a tea bar(just like a liquor bar but u order teas and chill w/ friends instead). It was so hilarious I couldn't resist...

This is more of a personal track keeper so the quality might not be too great. I'll try to remember what I did since I get to BeiJing (I didn't take many pictures...) and when and where. When I get back to the States(in 3 days) I'd ahve a better internet to post the pictures to fill it in more...
But I think it's good adventure so you should read it still!

Day1 8/6: Met w/ my cousin and family, then went to friend's house to play some dota, went Darkseer and I got super lucky at the rune spot, invis rune... obviously u know what's comming up.

Day2 8/7: Went to Kevin's house to keep him company(his dad past away not too long ago). In the morning I dragged him to meet w/ my old middleschool friend/ex-gf, I'll call her Xi, at her college, Beijing University or if that's what u call it in English and we walked around the lake and talked. Then we went for lunch Chiken wings on a skewer. Later on we went to a KTV and sang for 1 hour or so... After Xi left, Kevin and I went to a book shop, left, and we went to PCbang to play some more ~~game~~Dota. Later on I met w/ my middleschool friends and Kevin didn't follow, we ate outside at a dumpling restuarnt, then more dota with them.

Day3 8/8: Day2's night I slept over at Kev's house, so this day I woke up late, went with him for lunch as breakfast, got out, and later on I went back home to watch the Olympic opening with my Grandparents.

Day4 8/9: I stayed home and chilled then went to see a Basketball game (CN vs SPN women basketball) with Kevin at the Gymnasium, it was a close win, then I went home again to sleep...

Day5 8/10: In the Morning my middleschool friends we all had a meet up at a piza restruant. After that we walked to a KTV and sang for maybe 2 hours(a popular thing to do in China, go kTV and sing, I havn't got to my song, bohemian rhapsody, but the time was up, so we all seperated) after the big meet up my close friends and I went to play some more Dota at PCbang. After that it was a huge rain, and I bid Tony fairwell since he's leaving on the 13th and is very busy, so I might not see him in person for maybe 3+ years or so.

Day6 8/11: 3 female middleschool friends and I went to a park(because all the male friends didn't want to row boats nor go park so they didn't come) and we rented a pedal boat and had very much fun sailing through all the 17 holes in the famous 17 hole bridge at the park(Yi He Yuan is the name) In the last hole we had to save another boat because it got stuck in the hole. We pedaled back, then smashed forward to knock it free. After that we had lunch, then bought our old middleschool teacher's kid(she's bout 3 yr old) a present(classical CD). Teacher and us had dinner together.
After that dinner Kevin and some other friends(we have been playing together since elementary school since our dads are close friends) had another meet up, which means another dinner, and I ate a little bit.
Then we went to a Tea Bar (like a liqour bar but serves mainly teas and drinks, just to chat and chill place, quite common in china) and we played card games and made fun of each other(mainly silly shits we did while young).
I was gonna go home, but Kevin says his mom got a puppy, so him and I and another friend all went to his house to see the puppy. It was so awesome, like a fluffy warm water bag. It just lays on you and do nothing(tired). We then slept at Kevin's grandparent's house.

Day7 8/12: Kevin shoo me and the other guy out of his Grandparent's house, the other friend told me he suspect that Kevin's bringing girl in for private shits, I thought maybe, or maybe not. Yuchuan(the other guy) and I went to a shopping center to have lunch, then we just walked and chatted some. When Yuchuan left, my cousin and her friend came and we went shopping. I bought some suveneers(nice spelling) for my U.S. friends and I bought myself 2 T-shirts. Then I went back home in the afternoon.
My feeling-fond-of girl, I'll call her Shu for now, and I and 2 other people were gonna meet that night, but neither of us know where to go. The 2 other guys bailed out, and Shu's got to have dinner w/ her family and that won't end till 9pm, so we can't meet for that night. I was bit dissapointed but I went out by myself at night trying to find a place to ice-skate, when all the places are closed(retarded olympic using all the fields) I was gonna go home. But after some thought, I told the taxi to take me to a club instead. Now i havn't been to a club yet, let alone the one in China, so I dunno what would happen.
The place I'm going to is pretty crappy I guess, it's called "Rock n Roll" while the chinese translation is more like "Rolling Stone". Whatever. I went in and the music is omfg loud, I just sat in the chair chilling(or tried to, the music was too loud) and gazing boringly at the empty dance floor, nobody was dancing... Everyone was just drinking liqours and smoking, it was god awful. I thought about leaving.
Then a group of people entered the dance floor and start to jerk around slowly.
I jumped up, I bounced into the dance floor.
I started to jerk around violently
The group was amused, they start to bounce abit more, and felt happy.
I started to flail around like a model hawaii hula girl toy on a spring on the dashboard of the car on a bumpy road.
People came to the dancefloor, and after awhile it was half full.
I was spilling out all the rumba shits I knew, swinging my hips like a hula hoop, and waving animatingly at a guy who looks like Borat to have him dance with us.
He came in and started clanking like a wind=up toy.
After that song he gave me a high-Five, Itz nice!
Then it's basically normal, I didn't dance w/ anybody, I just want to sweat a whole bunch to let some of my fat burn, and looking around Borat is already humping some fat chick. Gj to him.
Around midnight I left, sweating and head buzzing (my ear were like weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee)
That night I slept at my friend's house, not wanting to wake up my grandparents late.

Day8 8/13: I went to Gym w/ my friend in the morning, and I visited my old elementary school on the way. Guard shoot me a question "who are u?" as I walked in the gate, I replied tersly "I'm from here" and before she could do much I'm already out of range.
After some workout I went to a barbor, whom I always go to when I visit Beijing. He has been in the same shop for 6 years and he gives great cuts.
Walk into the barbor, a girl will wash your hair in a tub, then barbor will cut your hair, then girl will wash your hair again. All that for 10 yuan, which is 1.4 dollars. I gave them 20 yuan, feeling they're wayyy too underrated.
That afternoon I went to a software store to buy dad a dictionary program, and I tried some tablet to train my drawing of hands, I drew a pretty nice hand in the end. Then I went to buy Mom a hat.
I flirted w/ the pretty sales girl who works at the hat place in the shopping mall, giggling and forcing hats on her hat and have her explain and pose to me why such and such hat is good. I then went downstairs to check another hat store. turn on the downstair store sale sporty hats, so I bought one for my dad. After that I chatted w/ the security, who's about my age, I told him what it's like in the States and what do i study ect...
After that I went back to the pretty hat girl, then I discovered another hat which looked much better than the previous 3 I had intended to choose from. I asked her how much that hat cost and it turns out I didn't bring out enough money. I told her I'll go home to eat and bring some more money and be back later to buy that hat.
On the way home I passed New Oriental, which is where I met Shu. Nostalgically I went in and bought an iced=tea and Mylikes at the little vending room, still the same salesman then. I felt kinda empty.
After dinner, 8pm or so, I went back to the shopping mall. hat girl and her friend were laughing because they betted that I wouldn't come back, hatgirl betted that I would, while her friend betted I wouldnt. But I did come back(I mean cmon, hatgirl was <3) so Hatgirl's friend might treat her w/ lunch the next day or something. I got the hat i wanted for mom, Hatgirl managed to find me a box to put it in so it looked nicer as a present. Then we parted. I told hatgirl that she looks beautiful with a smile, and I told her that she should smile more. She smiled.
I chatted some more w/ the security and by the end I thought we should keep contact. I asked him if he has a xiaonei account, xiaonei is basically chinese pirated facebook(www.xiaonei.com check it out) and he said yes. I went to get a paper to write my name on so he could search me. Halfway through writing my name i thought, oh hell I might as well keep contact w/ hatgirl.
Hatgirl didn't have xiaonei, nor email, because she does not go to college. But she does have a QQ number, so that's what i got from her. I told her to keep in touch later, and the security added me on xiaonei.
I then went to a bookstore and bought a book for kids, thinking I'll bring it back to States.
I promised myself to treat the security guard and hatgirl as close friends and talk to them as often as possible.
That night I slept at my friend's again.

Day9 8/14: I woke up early so I spent 6 hours reading my friend's novel collections. Then I ran home.
And I ran into a HUGE downpour. When I got home I had to take a shower and change all my cloths, I waited 1 hour for the rain to subdue abit, then I went out again.
I had to get a ticket from my aunt, she's working at a hospital and she gave me the directions.
The first half of the trip was smooth, i got off the subway. Then it started to rain like crazy again, aunt directed me to get on Olympic busline 2, so I asked where line2's stop is. A guy pointed vagely "Go that way n Turn right". So I walked. I didn't bring an umbrella but luckily there are Olympic volenteers walking around. I jumped one and said "Yo volenteer, Volenteer your umbrella abit". We walked in the wrong direction, then I realized, so I jumped another guy's umbrella, and walked some more. Finally (1 hour after I got off the subway) I reached "Number 2", only it turned out it is the number 2 entrance to a gymnasium for a match about to start.
"AFDAGFAGAGAGGGRRGG!!!"
Luckily number 1 bus stop is nearby, so I tred some rain to get to line 1, rode it abit untill line1 and line2 met, hopped off line1, and got on line2.
Only it was going in the opposite direction

Got off line 2, walked across the street, and now FINALLY on the right bus... I couldn't walk anymore after I got off line2, so I just found a dumpling restaurnt and I ate half a pound of dumplings for lunch/dinner-ish, then i went to find my aunt for the ticket.
I'm soaked again by then, so I went home again to change cloths, again, and went to see the Olympic game.
Men's basketball, USA vs Greece
doubtless greece got trounced, but the Greek Fans, they were singing continuously w/ coordinated hand claps the entire time. Each time the USA fans, scattered around, tried to start a chant of "U.S.A! U.S.A!" they'd get drowned out in a massive chorus of greece.
Then i went out. Shu didn't txt me back for about a day now(I had txted to her stuff like "get more rest" and "sleep early tonight" so I suspect that she thinks I fell in love again and was caring for her, and was afraid to txt back --;; ) so I was bit sad, and i decided to go w/ the sadness and just walked on the dark streets singing. I forgot most of the shits I sang but some were like
"Sing for me some,
Happier songs"

and
"Oh silence, Come Silence,
Come speak to me!"

and
"The green light makes the yellow grass green"

By and by I got home, and collapsed into sleep.

Day10 8/15: That is today, let me see what I could remember...
I got up at 11am, fairly late but I feel well rested. My grandparents havn't got me involved in any activities so I decided to go out again by myself. I debated whether to go to an arcade or not, but in the end I settled to go to a science museum.
Smart choice really, I had soo much fun pwning nubs at the simulated volleyball game(basically a camera catches your image and project it on a wall so when you wave your hands you can hit the virtuall ball and move it. I knew that anything get projected on the wall would do, so i took out my fan, which is pretty large, and waved that around the entire screen and pwnt madly)
After the meuseum I went to the subway and went to Noodle Loves Noodle feeling nostalgic again, this is the restaurnt where I first took Shu out for lunch, but today I came by myself feeling the opposite seat is missing a person.
Wanting to vent some of that bad feelings I txted Xi about how the noddle place was where my ex and I had our first date.
Xi, "Haha I remember u telling me that, wind blows fast huh"
Me, "I was young and foolish then, but good still though, +1000 experience"
Xi, "Lol how many exp total did u have"
Me, "Not much, just you and her, I am pretty innocent."

And after that I felt much easier.
Anyhow the noodle was still nice, and after the nooddle I went to the Arcade and got pwnt badly at StreetFighter2 as I have never played it many times before. All I know is down side punch is haduken, and I can't even do that properly T_T.
After the Arcade it was late, so I went to my friend's house again to use his internet to type it all up...

Huff that was long! Now I think I should sleep... Cheers folks.

I dunno how to not to fall in love

I know it is hopeless but I can't help it haha, I'm gonna have some growing up to do.

Edit: Finally some privacy lol, yesterday I should've talked more here but my friend was nosing around and I was afraid he'll laugh at me haha. So here is more on my mind, copied from my last post:

Anyways no I can't go for it, she's my ex-gf and I know very well why we failed. We don't have much in common when we're far apart, and the circumstances will almost always force us too communicate on the internet or txting on cellphone. I simply do not have the magic to keep her close. She's positive and upbeat, I'm sure plenty other good guys will find her attractive. As for me, I am content just enjoying her companionship and her kindness when we're together, as friends. Maybe more than just friends, maybe some chemistry, maybe some flirting, and that's all I ask for. She gave me some valuable understandings on how this love thing should work, and I owe much to her.

Finally internet! omfg haha...

I've got much to do so I'll be brief here

Oh yeah some picturs are not tilted, cuz I don't have the right software and tilting by faxview would lose resolutions so I didn't bother. Just tilt ur head.

So I went to the flight, gave dad thumb up, and went in the terminals.
Just waiting the flight at the terminals, gladly I've got my moosey to keep my company.

So now I'm finally on the plane, the guy sit next to me is Jewish, really cool guy. He only slept 2 hours the previous day cuz he was losing money in Vegas haha. He wasn't too pleased to lose money.
We played abit sudoku and the flight is really nice to give him vege foods. He gave me a bunch, said I need growing to do. Anyway this is what he looks like:

My friend on plane, we played sudoku and talked about what it's like in isreal. He says it's a small place w/ a big noise, but a good place to live.

Sitting behind me is a very cute boy who I amused endlessly w/ my moosey, at his mom's concent I took a picture of him. Isn't he cute?

Then my friend went to do a long ass 30 mins prayer in the back and then he got back to sleep, so I left my seat and went to the back cabins to flirt w/ the pretty air hostess. She let me burrow many of the plane's utencils to make an abstract art:

Now after awhile (11 hours) the plane finally landed, so first picture in China :D

Beijing is looking very grand, bunch of statues, and transpartent elevators(holy crap)

there's alot more but internet isn't too good to load too many.

They have water fountains in the airport now! I'm very glad. But in some areas there isn't, so this dispenser will have to do. You don't use paper cup cuz it wastes paper, so you use this paper pocket instead (see it on the bottom?)

Oh yeah did I mention the airport is HUGE? (i don't care it looks awesome or not, the air condition is horrible and it's really hot)

Olympic volenteers are everywhere, they're pretty nifty looking in their shirts n stuff. I was pretty jealous I can't get my hands on those shirts T_T

There are so many of them, I believe they even have posts at the elevator helping pushing buttons.

So then after awhile at the airport (3 hours) I made in the security check, changed my flight from Beijing to Chengdu, and went on another plane.

During the waiting I tried to use the internet at the airport, this nub place I went is called "business center" and I absolutely cannot get online. This nub helper tried to fix it, but he can't do it. In the end I just got my money back and left lol.

I meet this guy about 20 yr old on my flight to Chengdu and we talked the whole way about starcraft (his fav. strat is wall in computer w/ supply depots so I kinda just went haha w/ it) and about life and death and afterlife. We both wish that in the afterlife is not a different place, but just the same world as a different perspective.

Then I saw my grandpa then I went home. It's the 3rd day in China now, just been relaxing and I only got my hand on the internet today at my uncle's house. yay

Oh yeah about the air hostess, this picture isn't too good but we were both in huge rush (i'm the last one on flight because I insisted to take a picture w/ her) The camera taken close makes our face bloated haha :D But she's really sweet irl(her face is so delicate I'm afraid I'd break it by looking at it), I wish I knew her more (which is impossible and futile cuz she flies away all the time, there's plenty other girls, no worry)

and wow it's been 2 years lol, barely noticed that.

Anyways I'll be going to Chengdu, my hometown first, which is also her hometown. I'm sure to see her again and it should be fun. I still owe her 100 dollars because I went broke last time and she had to give me 100 dollars to take taxi home haha.

She hurt her hip a week ago so I can't dance w/ her, that kinda sux cuz I pretty much learned how to dance this past year just so that I could dance w/ her at some point, but no worries. She's a really good dancer so hopefully she can coach me and make me better!

I'm on very good term w/ her, it wasn't a painful screaming broke up back then, it was bit ronry on my side but no big deal. I should've known it was all childs play back in Beijing with the sparce 3 weeks together w/ her hitting noodle restaurants every so often (they're good noodles mind u).

Aside from the girl I would be seeing my cousin, which should grow really tall now! Exciting. His dad is extremely tall and cousin's been growing like weed lately. I'm giving up a berkeley sweater and a berkeley Tshirt for him, and he should fit in them too.
Aunt will be happy to see me, maybe she'll take me to the streets and we'll walk through the alleys eating ever single dish on the menu (best way to enjoy chinese food btw, don't eat at huge fancy restruants, eat at small places, eat at different places, but if ur not local it'll be hard to know where to go so get some friends!)
Last time I ate this knife rolled noodle so spicy I went dizzy and walked out in a drunken gait, only to be relieved by 4 bowls of rice noodles (Free refill of noodle, highest ranking, yes they rank it, is 8 refills, dunno how that's humanly possible rofl).

Grandparents, yeah, should talk to them alot. They're very healthy and maybe Grandpa would take me to CHongQing, where his grandparents used to live. That would be nice. I'll have to see how the earthquaks turned things out, if I can help or anything. Doubt thou, Chengdu is fairly safe.

Learn dishes from Grandma is a given, arpartment next semester, have to get my shits in shape! Grandma is supreme cook, I never want to eat out when she goes to the kitchen. I'm a huge fan.

Hahaha alrite I've blabbed enough! I'll keep u guys updated if I manage to find internet in China haha.

Now I'll grab some quick sleep...

I'll try to live report battle this time. I'll most likely to lose, but hopefully before I head for China on my flight (in 10 hours) I can finish the game and conclude this exciting chapter to you all.
If I fail, I can always beat the elite 4 again, hopefully time allows for that. I still have some spares to pack.
