Unfortunately the game was pretty much broken on newer computers. Faster CPU speeds meant that the puzzle would run super super fast when you told it to go. It was so annoying.
However, some company just released all 4 games in the series for $10! No more CPU problem, hooray!
I'm trying to add a reverb effect to tracks from Pokemon Gold/Silver since it's actually OK music and it makes me feel nostalgic and warm and fuzzy inside when I hear it. There's a Red/Blue soundtrack floating around that has a great reverb effect added to it (you can find an example here). I'm looking for a program to add the reverb effect... I've tried Audacity, but the result isn't very "clean."
It would be nice if the program you recommend is free, but it doesn't have to be.
Back before VODs, all Starcraft followers had were replays and battle reports. Nowadays, some news writers at TL still write detailed BRs with pictures.
Do you read detailed battle reports? I'm interested to hear what other people do, because I've never read a BR. I'll just watch the VOD instead.
Does anyone else read this comic? If you're nerdy and you know what entropy is (and how it relates to the future of the universe) than this first comic will probably hook you:
I was looking through some of the old leagues and the Arena MSL intro caught my eye. IMO it's got the best video editing out of all of them. The "broken glass" effect is really cool.
Go forth and find other cool intros! I predict that the first person to reply to this thread will post a video from Ever 2007!
My teacher from when I was a freshman in high school was a woman named Ann Marie Calhoun. I was looking at some live clips of Steve Vai that were just put up on youtube and saw her on stage playing violin! WTF
Apparently she's a world class fiddle player and no one in our class knew it.
Here's some clips of her playing in a concert in Mexico... yes I know these are not clips of Steve Vai.
