That's why I bomb them on your tanks in siege mode.
And watch em explode in one creamy load.

I have had a tough time personally getting into the ladder and random 1v1's ever since I tried playing competitively. For some reason I always felt apprehensive and that I would not enjoy it as much as playing with friends I do know.

However, I played several Iccup games this morning and won my first one! Once I got started with it and plunged into that initial cold waters of D level 1v1, I found it wasn't so bad after all. I want to encourage all newer players and those that have been putting off laddering to try this next Iccup season out for a chance. It really is an incredible way to grow in skill and also perhaps meet some friendly people.

To celebrate this moment, I want to post my winning PvT replay up HERE I've also noticed my average APM rise steadily from mid 120's to a constant mid 130. I have some trouble keeping up with macro once I get my third base but still able to pull a win through good harass and some very fortunate plays.

I have tomorrow off, and can't wait to get started!

Being a StarCraft lore fan boy, I decided to dedicate a blog to answering some of the deeper story based questions behind the StarCraft universe. Such questions as, Why were humans exiled from Earth originally, What is the Protoss Khala, How did the events at Korhal help lead to the overthrow of the Terran Confederacy and more!

This edition will focus on something that makes me cringe every time I hear it. The method of attack that the Hydralisk uses. Sourced from the original manual it states

So there's an oriental ubermarket near my work and managed to snap a few pictures of what I got!



The first bag which is Korean is a soy flavored rice snack. A very interesting flavor!

It was DELICIOUS! That bag in the back of the second picture called jubes was one of the weirdest things I've tried. It's little 1 inch x 1 inch white squares or so that have the consistency of really hard jelly. Boy did it go down awesome though! Munch on em with your teeth or spread them across another delicious desert!

This place has it all, huge 5 foot fish on display, hanging duck, live seafood, alligator meet, rabbit meet, and a plethora of other delicious delicacies!

So what else should I look out for? I'm looking to broaden my horizons!

I've saved up roughly 500 dollars or so to go out and buy my first weapon. I've had the experience of shooting pretty much all the standard firearms. .22 Rifles, 12 & 10 guage shotguns, .357 revolvers, .45, and even an AR-15 (God I loved it!)

I'm trying to decide however which one I should get. My purpose for it would be mostly home defense and for target shooting/fun on the weekends. I enjoyed the .357 as it could also shoot .38 specials for less of a recoil. I have gone shooting skeets which was very fun, and tilts the balance between a shotgun and a .357.

Any suggestions on companies, or brands that are tailor made or perhaps more suited for a first time gun owner? I need something with super polished chrome, or super precision barrel. Thanks! Oh and feel free to share pictures and gun stories here.

I was talking with a few others about the idea of possibly holding an Arizona Starcraft meet up. There are quite a few excellent LAN centers here in the Metro phoenix area that could cater very well to a group meeting. One place that has been suggested is Ignite LAN center located on 75th Ave and Cactus. They also have a paint ball arena if anyone is interested.

I also had in mind the idea of perhaps meeting up at someones house and watching GOM next season. I don't mind opening up my apartment, but it's only a studio with about 420 square feet lol.

I think it'd be a pretty awesome idea also if all of us pitched in to rent a projector and we could hook it up and watch GOM from the backyard or something. If this sounds like something you'd enjoy doing, please PM me with available times that would be convenient for you and perhaps we can get something going. I don't know about you guys, but I'd much prefer watching GOM with a bunch of friends then sitting by myself at 2AM .
