man, blue flame hellions are awesome, but it's really UP that they only shoot a single burst of flame every i dno how many seconds! I think they should just get a continuous stream of flame wether they move or sit still!

I'd get rid of medics and combine them with dropships. then to compensate for this lose for bio power I would give marines 15 more HP and change firebats to ranged units and give them 75 more HP.

Make the hatchery have the "Overmind" upgrade after Hive,
It'll have the firing rate as four spine crawlers and do 50 damage each. In addition it should have a spore crawler that does 100 damage. It will have 5000 hp to compensate for the fact that drones cannot repair it.

Warp prisms die too easily. They should have a huge hp/shield increase. Their power field should be expanded to the range of a pylon, and it should also grant infinite shield regeneration to units in its field. I suspect with this balance change, they will be seen more often in games of all matchups.

Should make marauders stationary after they're built with your mules, which cost 150 energy and two scvs' virginity, which will make them very ineffective for the rest of the game - mining only one mineral/gas and a some random bling bling per trip.

Making the planetary fortress fly and act as an offensive air unit. It'll make the planetary fortress rush all the more effective, and it looks better than mass BCs.

The longer the Marines stay alive, the more the Mutalisks looked like organic wraiths with metal armor. Once a limit has been reached, mutalisks grow machine guns that spawn marauders.

Thors get an autocast ability that drains energy and turns its attack into lightning bolts dealing 50 damage for each cannon.

The Mothership, Carrier, Phoenix and Void Ray need to be combined into on super unit, here's how it works. The unit looks like a Death Star, it has the mothership's cloaking capability and the purifier thing from the campaign. It has 10 void ray like attacks that take 3 seconds to charge to the first level and five second to charge to the second. It can also build and launch 25 phoenixes’', these cost the same and have the same build time as interceptors but have the health, attack and shields of a phoenix. The unit itself has 1000 sheild 1000 hp and a move speed equal to the phoenix. This units is called the Carrier Mother of Void Phoenix, it costs 500 minerals 500 gas, you can build one per nexus and it warps in instantaneously.

Void Rays are currently outclassed by Pheonixes in the PvZ matchup.
Therefore, it is obvious that Void Rays are in need of a significant buff. The protoss currently do not have the capabilty to utterly destroy a defended enemy base with a single, unmicro'd unit. This is unbalanced in the extreme.
For this purpose, the Void Ray should have its range multiplied by twenty, and its prismatic beam should split repeatedly upon impacting an enemy unit
This should provide the Protoss with a more effective unit in the PvZ matchup, as well as enabling them to more easily crack the shell of a turtling terran.

Graviton beam on friendly units needs to allow them to attack things in the air. This way you can lift up Zealots to melee Broodlords or Immortals to shoot down Battlecruisers. The PvP matchup would change to only mid air zealot on zealot combat, because it while it may not be the most effective strategy, it is definitely the most awesome.

100/100 Zergling upgrade @ Pool that opens on Lair tech, allows Zerglings to jump up and attack air units. Also allows them to cliff-jump. 2 second cooldown.

after a baneling dies it leaves a pool of acid that stays around for 3minutes (longer with upgrades) doing 200 damage per second to any unfriendly units standing over them
