Normally i sleep around 11:30-midnight, but now i cant even stay awake to watch the full Day daily (ends at 11). I dont know why i am becoming extremely tired so much quicker, but that is just something I may have to deal with.
The real thing that is bugging me is I seem to be much more tired in the late morning/afternoon. I am barely able to stay awake during school, and I almost fell asleep on the bus.
I know you guys are not doctors, but does anyone know how its possible to be sleeping more, yet being more tired than before?
