Seeing the new teaser for TSL3 immediately brought to mind the one used for TSL2. Along with it, I was also reminded of the awesome and epic feelings that went along with it. That TSL2 teaser video is just amazing. I thought a bump for the wave of new members who missed out wouldn't be too out of order.
The TSL was great. TSL2 was even better. I hope the TSL3 maintains pattern.
What was great about TSL 2's video was that it wasn't explicitly stated that it was TSL 2. That made things awesome once I found out what TSL 2 actually was.
I agree. TSL2 video hype gave me goosebumps last year. I liked how they didn't even have to say "TSL" in the video.. but everyone knew what it meant hahaha.
I still got goosebumps this year though. GOOD SHIT!
oh man, that ambition stuff was perfectly executed hype the best part was that that yubee vs kennigit(?) lost temple bo50 red herring picture when people were trying to figure out what it meant
TSL is such a fun event, can't wait for 3 even though I'm not the biggest fan of SC2

I wish someone would tell me where I can dl this song!
For me the best thing about TSL is the ladder racing, which is gone in TSL3. But which the increased numbers of participants and games I think I can still enjoy it.
Following the ladder was indeed very fun. Would all the favorites make it in the last day hectic? Who would be the dark horses? Who would be disqualified? But alas that's not possible in SC2 and perhaps this qualifying method will prove to be even better / More balanced. Although with the invites from Korea it will be even harder to qualify as in the previous TSL's. It has for it that it is easier managed and most likely more suited for multiple TSL's in 1 year.
And all the hype / intro movies were simply epic. I still get chills when I see them.
I remember being very hyped for TSL 1, but TSL 2 just blew my mind. I was checking the ladder 10x per day, reading every possible interview, cutting dates with my GF on saturdays to see how Brat_OK and Mondragon do, and Idra vs Nony was the best match i ever saw.
It was even better then SkyHigh's revers all-kill on Hwaseung and all MSL and OSL games.
SC2 feels too young and fresh to be feeling that kind of hype and love. Hope it gets better over time.
