Hey everyone. It's going to be a relatively slow day in SC2 for me, as it is exams week at my university and Physics will whip my ass handily like a GM playing a bronze if I don't study a pretty large amount for it. That exam is Thursday and also my last exam, so at least it is the end of the gauntlet (and I have more time to study it!).
Other than that between working and taking my Computer Science exam today, I will be fairly available during the evenings to play SC2!!
So here is a list of things I want to accomplish today, SC2 wise (do you guys want to hear about my actual life? lol.)
1) Find an amateur tournament to play this weekend. I want to see if I can take some BO3/5 games so that I can learn to react to an opponent who knows I will be doing very drop heavy play/gage reaction to my build style.
2) "Probes n Pylons"....don't ever stop, enough said.
2) Continue working on vZ. Some games, Z is the easiest because I eat their mineral line and make a later baneling nest to take a faster 3rd or faster muta. Others are the hardest, when lots of banelings get on the field and I can't split effectively and enough are left over to take care of my drops happening while charging down the middle.
3) Take more expansions. I want to be able to finish every game I play with three expansions up. Extra income from better saturation is nice Plus extra gas for more medivacs, ghosts, vikings, whatever I need to counter opposing playstyle.
4) Play 10 games tonight, with at least two breaks to clear my ego/frustrations, analyze replays, and possibly study.
5) Watch some Bomber and MVP games replays, maybe even a stream. I want to see their priorities when dropping and marine micro.
Current Status: Laddering Current Record Daily: 2-2 vT 1-2 vZ 0-0 vP 1-0
Development Ideology: Currently working on macro heavy gameplay with multitasking/micro intensive style in order to be able to macro while microing. This is done by 2-rax expo into MMM every MU. The extreme amount of bio on the field makes for a very mobile army that can deny anything but the slowest and safest expansion and abuse any holes in enemy army. The nice thing is that it remaxes quickly with a lot of reactor rax on the field, so long as I macro up the production facilities and units.

Play in Playhem tournaments!~ As many as you qualify (league-wise) for! Gold.. macro!~

Update: Game 1 TvT on Xel'Naga Caverns
Opened normally, forgot to add guys to gas while microing my scout. Saw 1-rax but wasn't there long enough to confirm FE but also no gas. Checked later and held towers to check for pushes. Poked with 5-6 marines around towers and to scout front to see pure marine and no medi tech yet. Added lots of rax and got both +1 upgrades rolling after a drop that did some good SCV damage (although I lost my marines). Forced an all-in as I was ahead in every macro aspect after the damage was done. Things I did well: Macroing out of rax and doing damage with a drop Things to improve: Not taking as much damage with the drop and spending my money better.

Getting into ladder mode for a few hours I feel. Ever since promotion I've been player...well...worse players who can hit timings to make wins. I've been tearing them apart from drops but also suffering from timing attacks. Just crushed a protoss who went chargelot into collosi, just massed marines and went to town with drops. Kept him from mining from his two bases for essentially the whole game, pulling probes from one or the other.

Update!!
Been crushing people with pure unit power. I first identified that I float LOTS of resources. Solution? Add rax until I can't sustain them. I'd rather have too much production power than not enough.
However, as my restriction is to MMM (no vikings for collosus ) I am having issues actually engaging a higher-tech army than mine. As my guide has said, any battle can be won by multitasking and micro, I believe him (Masters in all races). I just didn't add in mauraders to flank and destroy the collosi or keep up on my upgrades.
Against zerg I am doing better, not letting them get gas or killing spire/bane nests on my first drop. Haven't played much against terran. None of them are teching too hard against me, opting for low-gas bio play that I just roll over with quick medivacs splitting up his forces and using upgrades to my advantage.
Overall it is a good day. Maybe with some refinement I can get my way to plat by the weekend.
