Looking at old messages on facebook and found a message that I wrote after reading the comments on the TL. It was also a time to play against AI or friends in SC2. Ranked matches not played at all and practically did not exist in the ranking (gray end, a place between 70 and 100 bronze), a lot has changed in the summer time and the result was a kind of a message, a true fan message to TLO. I did not expect a reply, but it was and it has supported me.
It gave me wings and further apart from playing against the AI (learn tactics under controlled conditions) and with friends (introducing unpredictable human element). Other issues such as school or presence in this moment the most important person for me - my girlfriend does not allow me to fully dedicate my game I do sc2 progress.
The plan for the end of the year in the form of a slow return to the ranking has been achieved. With little effort I got to the first 8 in bronze (perhaps I am in 9th place at the moment), and the first step has been taken. Another goal, which will start immediately after the start of the first season of 2013 will be the first 10 in silver.
By the time I started to take this seriously pointed out the mistakes which he committed, and some of them I was able to improve. Among them are the timings, build orders, and suppression of emotions. That was my nightmare - when I knew that win or when I knew I had an advantage over the enemy get too excited about, my hands were shaking and I could not meaningfully grasp the game.
I still have a problem with matches of great importance (the entrance to a higher league or tournament games).
In short - the year 2012 was mixed for me. from the successful to the abysmally tragic. Long time could not break the ranking for regular play, and now I've had enough of that I practice a lot more in SC2 to each other pressures exerted on it to take part in the tournaments most of my time spent playing.
Year 2013 will be even more interesting to me. I signed up for the ESL, I created my profile there and signed up for two "leagues" - 1on1 Ladder European and ESL A-Series. I know that, especially ESL A-Series it will be a tough but it will also definitely a great school for me.
To conclude this lengthy post, I would like to wish you all the best in the New Year!
PS. I know my English is not good or very good, but I hope that most of you understand what I wrote =]
