Happened again. Right around 1am, still have the wheezing and coughing up yellow phlegm spit straight from the lungs like 40 minutes later. I made a cup of tea which I have no idea if it's actually doing anything, but it is soothing to have the warm liquid going down. Windows are closed. I dunno if it's worth mentioning that I spent the night at a friends house on the floor of her dirty room with dogs and cats around. I had maybe 1 cig around 11:45pm and had a mild hangover really.
I don't know if I mentioned before but right before coughing and immediately after, I get really really super itchy all on my neck and in my throat and maybe even a little on my chest. My eyes are sort of watery and nose gets runny, but I assume that is just from all the coughing.

This thing says there is no pollens or allergens,..
edit- over hour later, still not 100%. slight wheezing and lesser extent I cough out some phlegm every 5-10 min.
PS- its less like phlegm and more like spittle, it's sort of bubbly and slight yellow tint. Like if you had drank yellow gatorade.
edit2- been having random phlegm cough now (yellow/green) for the following couple of days. Almost picked up the allergy attack thing again the other day cleaning out the garage.

Had another episode last night after sneezing and coughing all day from something. Also felt like I was dryed out sinus because blowing so much nose. this one started almost as soon as I layed down in bed (maybe has something to do with position of body). This one probably the worst because extra symptoms. Like a heartburn type feeling and almost like I felt nausea and wanted to puke at points. I kept burping a lot too. And it seemed to last much longer than previous episodes as I couldn't really fall asleep for more than a couple of minutes for like 2-3 hours. It's also worth mentioning that I get this shitty taste in my mouth, like a metallic of chemical sort of taste that lingers around from the phlegm whenever I cough etc.
edit- 4-18-14 still have residual lung phlegm or whatever that I cough up every now and then, especially morning. Just tapers away slowly over the last week or whatever. Have noticed that the back of my tongue seems to be an orange color that i scrape off with tongue tool and toothbrush.

Sounds very much to me like you have a mold and animal allergy. Pet dander is in beds and cars even if you don't have any... and mold allergies can be terrible at night. I think I have the same thing you do only really really severe... I'm up now with it because the neighbor got a dog...
Try taking a benadryl before bed for a while and see if it helps. Steam your face, and breathe deeply of the steam when you get an attack. Put tea tree oil in the water. boil it on the stove. The hives and all that are definitely an allergic reaction. Maybe try a HEPA filter in the bedroom, true-hepa not hepa-type... allergen proof mattress encasement and pillow encasement. If your immune system is normal, it should completely take care of all this stuff.
Lysine is a good supplement for the immune system, and can help with that potential low grade lung infection from all the snot and shit in there. The Tea Tree oil will help with that too...

Everything you described points to some kind of allergy and you should go and get checked by a doctor to find out what it is. It could be that you cannot stand certain pollen or if the air is too dry or to humid or even too hot or too cold. Certain people even gets problems if the weather changes to drastically like going from hot to cold very fast. It could be a million things really.

jesus, just go see a doctor. they can draw blood and test that blood for a very broad allergy spectrum.
They also have easy ways to reduce and neutralize observed allergies trough simple injections once every week for 1.2 months.
Left alone, allergies only get worse.

In North America for allergies we usually get the runaround for years, and they just give you antibiotics and corticosteroids that destroy an already ailing immune system... (they get commissions too) and prescribe antihistamines to use for the rest of your life.... weather or not it helps. :s

Just vacuumed the house at about 7:30am , half way down the stairs and I started sneezing like crazy. Finished up the steps and proceeded to cough, sneeze, blow my nose and hock loogies for a good 5-10 minutes. Neck all itchy and shit too. Went outside and watered the garden while I died wheezing etc. Neighbors probably thought I was puking or something.
Slammed 10 oz of water asaply. Super tense in the upper chest and forced breathing.
Came back to finish the downstairs with paper towels in my nose and hand over my mouth. I think that mitigated it a bit, had a minor relapse of coughing and snot rockets. Went outside to water the front garden.
Now I'm chilling here still breathing at like 85% normal, every minute or so I cough and hock a looch.
This one doesn't feel the same as the other ones, but still sucks.
edit- now i'm hocking out the yellow loogies. bleh
edit- got hiccups hours later. Still feel this shitty lung.

Today is the 8th, had an attack at 3:15a this morning. Woke me up to go see the bloodmoon.
This one wasn't as bad as the others, but I've seriously been sort of phlegmy/coughy since the vacuum day off and on.
On monday I went to eat Thai Pepper and afterword I had an attack in the car. (maybe set off by dusty napkins since I was blowing my nose so much to spicy)
I will say that I had been vaping with a little e-cig since about July, probably isn't the cause and maybe has nothing to do with it, but I will stop because it has a chance that it's reducing the natural immune system in the lungs that makes me more susceptible to the dust I'm normally allergic to.
Someone on reddit mentioned to get skin prick tested and to get Allergra and zyrtec are both available in generics and should be stronger than claritin. and to consider a room filter Honeywell True HEPA Mini Tower Air Purifier, Black
Two things: 1. Maybe it's actually something else that shows up at a similar time to dust. 2. A skin prick test will test you for probably 80-100 items so that you can figure out what you're allergic to exactly, which then allows you to consider allergen immunotherapy so your body can be no longer allergic to whatever it is incorrectly attacking.
And one guy was suggesting a possibility of acid reflux, which doesn't really seem like it fits (considering the vacuum directly caused the flare up) and I've never really had any problems with gastrointestinal or digestion. Although, I guess in the same way that the E-cig could possibly weaken me, if hydrochloric acid is gettin in there it could cause the same right? (but wouldn't you feel it and that would hurt?)

Was for last 3 weeks or so, then I went to break out the old winter clothes and that was a big mistake. Dust immediately fucked me up, been sorta mildly bothered for 24 hours now. Same typical symptoms.
I want to get a dust mask and put the dusty clothes on my skin and see if that makes a difference.

Someone vacuumed yesterday, I went downstairs and walked in and out of the kitchen and it hit me again. All the shitty symptoms, trouble sleeping cuz of phlegm and breathing crap. I took a Aller-Fex 180mg fexofenadine hydrochloride tab 15 min ago. See if that helps any.
I might actually go to the clinic later, since I got a cold and some other shit anyway.

I think the pill finally started working. Cleared me up a bit, hard to tell since I'm sick simultaneuosly.
edit- about 1-2 hours ago the pill stopped working so well. Still have all the lingering effects that I would normally get, cough, running nose, phlegm, etc. I'm not even sure the pill even did anything.
