Hello everyone!
I am right now in Seoul, for a week of vacation with my wife and family. I am dying to see the GSL live. The nice thing is that I will be able to see Innovation+Parting or Flash+DRG (depending on whether I negotiate to come on the 3 or the 5 of September).
Long story short, I know where the GSL studios are (997-4 Daechi-dong Gangnam-gu), can I just come with a smile and enter the place?
Is there a preferred time to come? (one hour before?) Is there a special protocol for autographs (screaming like a fangirl?) Because it starts at 6 p.m, should I bring food? Should I try to hide myself or storm in like a true foreigner that knows nothing about korean culture? Will there be a marine splitting challenge test that determines if you get the good seats?
Thanks for any input, I can't wait to see the GSL live!

Try tweeting @Proxywolf or @callmetasteless or @Artosis - I'm sure they can answer your questions

if you actually did watch the GSL, i can't think of how many million times tasteless/artosis/wolf etc. have said.. literally million times that all you need to do is show up. you don't have to pay for anything nor do anything else in particular. you can just go and show up.

Yes you can just go there and get in with a smile, the crew is pretty welcoming. Take an ID if you waant to get the device to listen to the English cast.
Arrive 20-30 before the show stgarts, as seats are first come first served. You can bring your own food, there're a lot of breaks so you can always go around and grab something to drink eat. Regarding the pics and signing of the players, ask around, they usually are fairly easy to access once done with their games
enjoy!

Nice. I would also love to see the PL or GSL live just once. Missed the BW days so I might as well see the SCII ones (and BW SSL/LoveTV :D).

I recommend that you go there when Flash plays

That's awesome! Thank you everyone for the tips. Now, I stress over stupid things like bringing a cool sign to show

When you get to the 2nd? (can't remember) floor with the studio, there's a table with a person where you can get the English audio radios (or whatever they are haha). You can also enter your name into a drawing for free goodies (SC2 collector's edition, headphones, etc, sometimes signed). Also you can grab a blank cheer sign and marker(s) from this table.
As LeLife said, they're chill about autographs but of course, you're more likely to succeed with the winners :/ Doesn't mean those who lost won't sign but don't be surprised? Since Innovation was in Kespa when he was successful, he'll probably stick around a bit anyway, same with Parting. Flash last year, after losing in OSL/WCS, left the venue quickly with his manager? coach? I didn't pay attention to what DRG did after losing in individual league.
Also since KT and SKT have been around for long, you'll always see fangirls from both teams-- for Flash and Parting, respectively. They'll probably have prepared cake/presents/etc., more so if there were any recent extraordinary results *cough* However, Kespa teams (almost) always have fangirls present. They coordinate beforehand and are friends. From my experience, I've encountered only 1 who was fluent in English but she was cheering for EGTL--JD specifically so I doubt she'll be there haha.
Lastly, after someone wins their match, they'll disappear for photos/interview in GSL's media room so you may want to keep an eye on what's happening at back. The fangirls usually get up and go towards the back after the players are done to not miss a player's departure.

Hi,
I think I will be there this evening. Thing is, I don't have internet (didn't rent any smartphone). With a bit of luck, we'll be the only foreigners there. See you around!
