You can hop onto ladder after you can comfortably play against the Elite AI and probably beat most bronze players. From there improvement will come from playing against people. Tips: - Keep building workers nonstop (more income = more army) - Spend ALL your money (avoid banking large amounts, more spending = faster big army) - Don't queue up units on your command center/barracks past 1 or 2 (Queuing up 5 workers spends 50x5=250 minerals. But you are still only getting 1 worker at a time. Better to build only one and then spend the extra 200 minerals on other things like faster barracks, then build the next worker/marine when the first finishes) - Try to avoid supply blocks Other tips: - Watch pro terran games to see what the best Terran type play looks like so you have an idea of the direction you want to take your play (and general army compositions, etc) - You can find games on here: http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/starcraft-2/419703-best-games-vods-of-hots-thread - You can find builds/strategies here: http://imbabuilds.com/hots-terran/ - 4 part video series by Apollo on Terran: - I've seen a 'Adopt a Newb' channel in game that usually has quite a number of people there. I've never used it and its always hit-and-miss asking random ppl online, but perhaps look for a coach or practice partner there to play games against you or with you? For my low level friends I tend to play 2vAI with them and then give them tips as I play alongside them so maybe ask for a partner there. - I assume you are playing on Hots... but the general level of low level players on WOL is even lower. If you find ladder to difficult to play, go to your settings > gameplay and switch to the WOL ladder. The game units/balance is slightly different but practicing your mechanics there could help. After all, it sucks to just lose over and over. Anyways hope this helps, GLHF

C&C = Command & Conquer and it is the best selling RTS franchise not made by Blizzard... it has sold 10 times more copies than the next best RTS franchise.
