I shat myself today. Kind of humiliating but there it is.
I'm lactose-intolerant sometimes but not always. So for my protein shake this morning I thought I'd be okay if I used skim milk instead of water. Nope.
I made it to the gym and almost made it to the bathroom but got there about 20 seconds too late. My underwear was wrecked, and my sweats I work out in had a huge shit stain on the ass. I threw both out in the changing room trash can. Luckily I had my work clothes to change into.
I think that's the first time I shat myself since I was a teenager. Now the only problem is my girlfriend is going to be like "what happened to your sweats?" since I wear them to the gym almost every day. I think the lie I'm going to tell is that they ripped so I threw them out.
Last week's Penne all Vodka was okay, but not great. Kinda made me sick because it's a cream sauce, and I'm kinda lactose-intolerant, as explained earlier.
