I think my right leg is about .5 - 1 cm longer than my left leg.
This is extremely annoying when I am trying to excel in various aspects of physical fitness.
I also think it might have to do with my left hip. My left hip is incredibly tight, i have been stretching it for the last 2 months but it still snaps whenever I do an outside crescent kick.
Is there anything I can do to make my legs the same length? Should I see a chiropractor?
And while we are on the topic of problems with my body, I hurt my left shoulder. I think I pulled a muscle in my rotator cuff. And it is taking longer than I want it to heal. Very annoying.
In other news I am still kicking ass at my training. But I will make an update about that at the beginning of april.

About your leg lengths, I would recommend seeing a doctor. I don't know of any method to lengthen one leg, besides surgery of course, which would be painful, have terrible after-effects, and long-lasting atrophy. Stretching shouldn't really affect leg length, unfortunately. I think it'd be best for you to get a second opinion, namely a doctor's. Good luck ): <3

everyone has these differences, some people don't have proportional pecs, bi's etc... Usually you only notice it and others dont.

Rotators cuffs take a long time to heal, so it's best to strengthen them before anything happens. Don't worry, I didn't start working them until I hurt myself also. :X

I do those standing, with a 2.5lbs weight - 1 set of 15. It's not something you want to be macho with, I think MLB players usually only go up to like 5-10lbs.
