I think there is a comedy central watermark in the corner which has been removed.

Never drank and drove myself, but have been a passenger while a drunk was driving. The closest call though was when me and some friends were going to drink at a park at night because we had no house to do it at. While parked in an apartment complex we were doing some shots before we went to the park and a cop stopped and took all of our alcohol. No ticket though.

uh why cant u drink in a public area?
|
I have gone drinking and driving probably a couple hundred times. When I was 18 I did it 3-4 days a week. It's pretty normal where I grew up, everyone did it. I got a 24 hour suspension once but never arrested or anything like that. The cop even let me drive home after taking my license since I just lived 2 minutes away. He followed me in his suv. Now that I live in a big city, I never do it since I can take a bus or cab home easily.

Drinking laws are really weird when you look into them. Technically you are not allowed to be served alcohol if you are drunk, but you would never think that if you had ever been to a bar before. I only know this because I had to take some exam for my ex-girlfreind so she could get some license for some shit that I dont remember now.

My friends gave me the nickname "designated driver" because when we go out they drink as much as they want knowing that they got me to take them back home because I never drink. Thats pretty cool actually considering I hang out with rich people and I can drive their cars which are fast :o

I've been a passenger with drunk drivers hundreds/thousands maybe of times and never been with one when they got caught. I've never been drunk so I've never been caught myself obviously.

wow that guy actually recited the alphabet backwards drunk... that's pretty impressive :s I doubt I could do it that fast sober...
|
Hahahaha
that was so fucking awesome... "Hey are you a dancer?..."
"No no no I'm just drunk....AHHHHHHHHHH"

Yea, biggest mistake of my life imo. Nothing more aggravating then having your license taken away at 18 for 8 months. I deserve worse though.

Hahahaha, amazing. I wonder how many people memorize the alphabet backwards for this very reason.
|
people that drink drive are............. contemptible. It's the only word I can think to describe it, if you're drunk don't fucking drive, it's not hard.
|
Funny video. It just ... all falls too well together though I'll believe it's Reno 911.
On the topic of drinking and driving. It won't kill you to take a cab, but it'll kill me if you don't On that note, it won't kill you to learn to drive sober... and turn on your damn signal if you're going to make a damn turn. Argh... I hate the general public!

It almost makes me want to, but then again I don't want to have to drink and drive. For whatever crazy reason that I would need to though, I shall remember it backwards before I get going.

That was a bunch of some pretty sweet dance moves for a drunk guy ^^

Is this actually anywhere near an accurate representation of what happens in the US? I know it's a big place, and it varies from state to state etc. but I'm sure there aren't things like this in the UK, it's a straight asking for a breathalizer sample (I think, I don't know, I'm 16). However, I did learn the alphabet backwards, and I have done it quickly drunk, so yeah, I'm set if I go to america then I guess.

Never driven drunk, but judging by the amount of violations I committed while driving sober when I was a teenager, if I had I would currently be serving a life sentence.

It takes literally 5 minutes to learn it backwards, you never know!

Depends on where you live. Here in California, it is illegal to drink in public. Although they just slap you on the wrist and force you to go to an AA meeting ($20 total) if you get caught your first 2 times.
As for OP, I was pulled over once for a DUI on a bike (not a motor bike), but the cop let me off with a warning. I think the charges are the same because a bike is subject to the same laws as automobiles are.

Hahaha, that was very, very funny!

hahahaha that was great
never even drunk yet lol :p

There is a field sobriety test that a police officer can have you take, and it was pretty accurate up until the dance moves came in. Walk a straight line, recite the alphabet backwards, touch your nose with your fingers, etc.
I think it's more commonplace to use the breathalizer, though.

Man if I was that cop I would have been so impressed I probably would have let him go regardless of whether he was actually drunk or not xD
