6 month break auto-dropped you at least 3 ranks. B- --> C-.
The fact that the game has evolved some since then means the climb back to B- is going to be difficult because you won't be used to new builds and strats. Granted, there aren't many -huge- changes except mech in TvZ, but there are changes just the same. Getting back to B- this season is probably a reasonable goal. Well, I didnt JUST start back up. At the end of last season I got to C+ before clearing my stats the day before reset, so I'm not too far down =] |

Keep in mind people get very lazy during the last week or two of iccup. It's kind of the exact opposite of the beginning. In the beginning of the season, everyone is D and therefor you could play someone who is an actual rank of A- or something. Towards the end of the season, for reasons beyond my scope of knowledge, the player skill drops off substantially. |

| I think B is a tangible goal. B+ is really hard if you get to it legitly, like playing all B players w/o dodging. |

thatz playing roughly 22 games a day, assuming each game is 15 mins makes it 5.5 hours at the least. with the joining and quitting and breaks i would say u would have to give star craft almost 8 hours a day like a job. if u going to do a full time job 8 at job 8 at starcraft u will probally get 6 hours of sleep and the last 2 hours to eat/wash/travel. u rly think its worth it? only programers do this lol but they probally do like 14-16 hours of training a day. idk r u trying to become a programer for money or just for fun o.O. personally my goal is to do 300 games this season with a goal of 3 games a day, i suck alot but i want to keep playing n getting better. 3 games roughly 1 hour of my day ;D
ima make a blog about this stuff ;D time mangement and stuff sounds cool to me |
