Ladies and Gentlemen, Blood and Metal is BACK for ACT II. For those of you who are just tuning in to this intense action / thriller Sc2 Progamer screenplay (ATSPS for short), stop by the previous installment to get up to speed:
Blood and Metal - Act I
I'll be adding new scenes and publishing these as new threads when they reach sufficient length-- a compromise between the too-short "new blog for every scene" threads I was making every other day, and the once-a-2-week "new blog for every act" thread. Hopefully this will be suitably entertaining while allowing me a reasonable update schedule 
Blood and Metal
Act II
Scene I
GSL STUDIO INTERIOR - KEEN and NADA sweep through a dark-lit corridor. Cross-cutting: KEEN and NADA part ways, walking to their respective teams. NADA jokes with his teammates, and nods to JINRO as he enters the scene. KEEN looks nervous, and sits down next to TAILS.
Cut to NADA's body face. His mouth is in a reassuring smile, but his eyes flit back and forth nervously. A hand claps him on the shoulder. Pan out- it's THEWIND.
THEWIND
You doing okay, NADA? You're looking a bit nervous today.
NADA
Oh, this is nothing, I am just sweaty.
THEWIND
Really, I'm worried about you-- you always work hard, but you never seem nervous like this.
NADA
I am nervous because of MC's injuries.
THEWIND
Well, don't be. Lets get you on deck so we can warm you up. Keen should be a pushover, but if you want to get out of this group, you'll need to be ready for what comes next, and not get too tired taking him out.
NADA
I appreciate the help.
Cut to COACH CHOI and KEEN. KEEN is sitting his on-deck computer. COACH CHOI stands behind him, talking to him and pointing at the screen.
CHOI
You see, you can always avoid him in that fashion, but not if you are in the same half.
KEEN
But as long as I win 2 games, I move on-- I don't even need to defeat NaDa.
CHOI
Don't get too cocky. MMA is a strong player and you know it. NesTea is who he is, too-- we have practiced hard so that you do not make a mistake. Nobody in this group is a risk-taker. There won't be a lot of holes in their builds, and their mechanics are all good also.
If you want to go on, you need to take that game off NaDa. NesTea will probably beat MMA, but it doesn't matter-- you will have to play one of them, and it will be a hard game, and if you don't win you will have to play the other in game 5.
KEEN
And if I lose to NaDa?
CHOI
Then you have only one chance for redemption; you have to win your next two games. If you win just one, you can stay in Code S, but you need two to move on.
KEEN
What about--
CHOI
Don't worry about any of this. We focus on the task at hand. You must defeat NaDa. Think of nothing else.
Momentarily, a shadow of doubt crosses KEEN's face. Then, he is focused again. Furious tapping and clicking as his face hardens into that of a warrior.
Fade to black.
Scene II
GSL STUDIO MAIN STAGE-- Flashing lights are everywhere. NADA and KEEN are in the booths. Cross-cutting-- montage of games scenes of NADA vs KEEN from GSL October Code S Ro32 Group C and the faces of the players in the booths. NADA's proxy pressure begins, and KEEN grimaces. NADA has an evil smile on his face. Soon, all KEEN's base are belong to NADA. The crowd oohs and ahs and NADA aggressively expands and shouts in awe as KEEN musters the best defense he can, using nukes to make NADA unsiege. KEEN's face is alight with panic-- NADA's, with a calculating stare.
Cut to POLT, standing by a computer streaming the match. His face is contorted with fury.
POLT
DAMN IT!
A figure stands in the shadows behind him.
FIGURE
He has those nukes. He won't lose air control, though going bio was an odd choice...
POLT
NO! No, he wasn't supposed to go Bio. That fool Keen was forced into it by NaDa's proxy pressure. He's been playing this entire game under the control of... of some OVER-THE-HILL EX-BONJWA. You may not understand TvT, but I do-- there's nothing he can do to stop the mech-air now, not on this map and with this positioning.
FIGURE
Then my services WILL be needed, after all.
POLT
Indeed they will... though I am loathe to use them.
FIGURE
Why is that?
POLT
Nobody but you, me, and MVP know about this. I can't have it become clear that you're working with us.
FIGURE
Almost nobody knows about the Council to begin with...
POLT
A fair point. You've failed to mention, however, that NaDa DOES, and he is a huge threat to us all! He wants to bring down the house on our heads, and claim victory over the rubble.
The figure steps out of the shadows; he is NesTea.
NESTEA
A threat to YOU, maybe. But my ZvT isn't as bad as they say, and a guy like NaDa...
He chuckles, and smiles grimly.
NESTEA
He's nothing but a fly to me. I will crush him.
POLT
I'd like nothing more.

i came here expecting a story with blood involved and metal music. instead, i got tvt. you made me sad 
ps: "I am nervous becomes of MC's injuries." should be "because of" i think ;p |

The sad part is this is so much better than that starcraft book from a few months back, the sean boxer one.
Well, I guess anything is better than a plot that has 4v4s as part of the GSL preliminaries XD
