Hi everyone, first real post here, and first blog. Just thought I'd make a blog about my college plans. I've been in platinum for several seasons now and have created an immense group of friends that I've met primarily through #day9tv on quakenet. Everyone is so nice, and I plan on maintaining these wonderful friendships for an extremely long time. I will be going off to college (Penn State!) this fall, and would like to make some real life StarCraft friends! :D
I'm planning on becoming a mechanical engineering major hoping to advance to automotive engineering. If any other incoming freshmen need a roommate that is also into StarCraft (and other games, of course), hit me up. They just extended the deadline for requesting roommates and such, so I thought I'd make a blog post hoping someone will respond! I like to stay up late playing and watching, and many times will be on Skype with friends.
I'd also like to meet some other people, even if I'm not rooming with you! Add me on Skype (ocdizordr) if you want to connect with me. :D I'm always on and open to new friends. I'm planning on joining the CSL team (despite being pretty bad, I hope to practice a lot this summer and at least get into diamond or low masters) so I will hopefully meet a lot of you at meetings there.

P.S. Do any of you other Penn State students know if there's enough room to bring a desktop? I am going to be building a desktop this summer and am hoping that there will be enough room for it in college.

| Any dorm room will have a computer desk. I put my tv and laptop on mine but I could have easily shoved a desktop mobo under it any whatnot. I didn't go to penn st though so I don't know exactly what you have to look forward to |

| take summer classes bro. i know its condensed, but in my experience, teachers are more lenient because of 7-8 week course work. |

| Okay, I was pretty sure that I could make the desktop work. Also I don't wanna take summer classes this summer, maybe further into schooling but not this summer. Still hoping for a roommate that's into StarCraft, though! Deadline is a week from yesterday to sign up for requesting a roommate. If not, I will have to convert my roommate into liking StarCraft. So much work. |

| dont get me wrong, I didn't have like workspace on my desk. For that matter, I didn't really do any work freshman year. There was a few times i remember being on AIM and having my textbook in my lap or something.. |

| Yeah, if possible, I'd like to be doing all my work on my computer so workspace I'm not so worried about :D |
