It seems that Generation Y has received much criticisms regarding the problems that plague the people that belong to said era.
The purpose of this blog however, is not to separate fact from myth or dispute the problems. One thing that I'm positive about is that the majority of Gen Y have problems with their bowel movements. Think about it. Almost all of us own a smartphone, and when we head to the toilet to do our business, we pay attention to other businesses. We go onto Facebook and get all up into other people's businesses , leaving the poor log stuck. It looks like a mole sticking it's head out of dirt.

Constipation is due to lack of fiber intake, young whippersnappers these days don't know how to take care of their own body and eat enough fruits and vegetables.
It also doesn't help that supermarkets nowadays are 80% processed foods which don't have much fiber either. |

For me going to the toilet is a moment of total relaxation, so I take my time with it (well except that one time before i had to do my part in a 150 km relay, I totally went super sayan on that bitch) and just chill and take a dump no need to hurry  |

Completely agree.
If generation Y has a high percentage of people with digestive disorders, then it's a sign that many are not taking care of themselves in a proper fashion.
I think, most of generation Y has fallen into the "I can't be bothered" way of thinking. They know what their bodies need but simply do can not be bothered to do what their body needs.
