I think I have some fanmade russion unitsounds on my comp. Are you interested in these as well?
And if you want to change the ingame text yourself you could use the hotkey changing guide. I think the file containing the hotkeys also contains some texts. |

since the entire russian alphabet is different there is actually a lot to change, maybe he could leave units but change things like attack, and desciption which is essential for a noob |

Completly forgot about this thread.
Uploaded the unit sounds to rapidshare. I haven't used them yet, so I don't know how good they are.

You need to put them in a directory called "Sound" in your starcraft directory.
It should look like the following(if you installed in C:\Games\Starcraft):
C:\Games\Starcraft\Sound
C:\Games\Starcraft\Sound\Protoss
C:\Games\Starcraft\Sound\Terran
C:\Games\Starcraft\Sound\Zerg
