Looks like a rooftop helipad, rather than a true airstrip. In any case, with enough of a budget, television and music production can rent whatever place on earth they desire - even busy downtown streets in major cities.

Though I'm a huge SNSD fan, even I didn't think this was enough to warrant its own thread. And I think the helipad was the top of an/the MBC building so its not like they had to rent it out or anything.
They need to get a new cameraman. Whoever was doing the camera work really sucked big time.
Was highly unimpressed with the rooftop helipad as well, takes away from the performance atmosphere without an audience. The audience is like the best part anyways.
