In comparison to China, not really. However, they are the preferred mode of transport for a large percentage of students. These were mainly locked up outside the sauna across the road from my house and also by the subway station. There are definitely far more delivery motorbikes on the road taking everything from take away food to rolls of carpet around Seoul. They drive on the pavement and cross at pedestrian crossings so you do have to keep your wits about you when walking. |
