Mediafire as long as you register iirc
Megaupload, Badongo, hell even Ifile has one.
Mediafire is best though, It tells you downloads AND bandwith used AND Storage used. >_> lol

| Megaupload has a download counter if you make a account. But in the last few days, their servers haven't been counting downloads. Their upload speed used to be great, but now it's spotty. Probably doing server maintenance. |

Issue with Mediafire is the file size limit. Not a fan of 200 meg file size limit. |
