| You forgot to add Secret Shops, Couriers and Wards! While I understand this is a more basic guide, those things are still important concepts to learn for anyone at any level. |

Guides like this really helped me when I was taking up DotA a few years ago..
Nowadays I can direct newbies to said guides. Helps me, in a way, too. People pick up the basics faster - my pub teammates might actually be decent. (read: not horrible)
