That's a loose guideline. People do change with time. But yes, I'd say that someone who cheats with you, will cheat on you.

2 1/2 years for mine. She left me for someone once after a year and a half, I took her back after it didn't work out between the two of them. Then a year later, she left me for someone again.. literally a day after we broke up, so, basically, it was planned.
I can completely feel for you, and, relate to you. And, I can relate to you well enough, to know that you're not looking for the discretion and condolences of a bunch of people on an internet forum. Or, advice. Because, no matter how logical sounding, no matter how right me or the other responses can be, it doesn't matter. You're still in pain, and still will be in pain. Now, depending on the length of the relation/depth (mine, personally, had a lot of depth) of the relation, is for how long you'll be facing this.
Time is the only answer. Fuck, it's been like 7 months since she broke it off and left me.. i'm still in pain. It's a terrible situation to be in. I mean, I can laugh and have a good time. But in those subtle moments of time when I have nothing to do but reflect, it's what surfaces. All the rights, wrongs, mistakes, and picturing her with him. It sucks.
You can talk to me about it if you want. Feel free to pm me - rant, rage, cry, I don't care.

Maaaannn.....I feel your pain,same thing happened to me albeit that was a long, long time ago. Still hurts thinking about it sometimes.
One thing I would really like to recommend to you: Try to get it out of your system ASAP; rage, cry, do whatever you feel like but make sure once you're done it doesn't haunt you anymore. (in case you're wondering: yeah that's what I managed to do wrong back when this happened to me *sadsad*) |
