Edit: Wrote it on my phone, which is why it was apparently unreadable, also it was rambling like and too long. Shorter:
Startale Protoss kick ass at PvT, to an insane degree, nearly double the win % in this season of GSL for PvT over all other Protosses.
Why? Because despite Bomber never getting good tourney results, he has amazing macro. Now think about Squirtle's and Parting's PvT late game, it is probably because they get to practice against Bomber so much.Last edit: 2012-05-10 07:51:48 |

| I think you have to also factor in ST Hack as a major reason for their success as both Khalador and Naniwa have vouched for his strengths in the TvP match up having a 70% win loss. |

I stopped right after you mentioned Leenock was on the same team as NesTea and MVP.
Did you by chance combine some sort of study drug with an energy drink? My friend did that yesterday and he ranted about ravens and railguns for about an hour. |

Lol all assumptions. How do you really know who practices with who, and how many games they play? Lol..
This is hilarious how you took the time to look into stats and come up with some theory lol..
Maybe those players are JUST GOOD AT PVT? |

| Interesting perspective. Can't comment on how true it is but interesting nonetheless. But whats up with our capitalization? Random letters/words here and there? If you're trying to emphasize something perhaps italics or underlining the word. |

| When a team have greater players of X race, the other players on the team become really good against X's race. |

I think this is roughly what he's saying; maybe something along the lines of a SC2 level Puma (when Puma was THE practice partner of BW)
TL;DR: Bomber loses a lot because of his inconsistency, but is super good, and therefore his protoss teammates get the best practice partners and rape everybody PvT?
I think I'm close. |

unconvincing and messy arguments. lack of knowledge about which player is on which team. annoying spelling. unworthy thread. write it again, I think it could be interesting if you put more effort into it. Last edit: 2012-05-10 07:35:25 |

Artosis mentioned on SoTG that whenever a team had a strong player, the teammates would become really good at playing that race.
E.g. MaruPrime and CreatorPrime both has very strong TvT and PvT respectively, and that might be attributed to the presence of MKP.
MvpKeen taking out Nestea, and MvpGenius'es powerful PvZ could be attributed to the presence of DRG. |

| I said it since the dawn of bomber and the reign of Terr(or)an, Bomber is the most talented player not to win a GSL. He had like an 80% win record overall at one point... And not making a ro4 ( correct me if i'm wrong ) is just nuts... |

I think a major issue with bomber is that his playstyle is innantely instable. he is cutting many corners in the early game to get a huge eco going into long macro games, which is part of why he is so strong there. but this also means that he`s vulnerable to early- or midgame attacks.
