| I never really play starcraft any more but I watch it just as much as ever, though only tournaments and streams really. I was never really that big of a vods guy. IDK whether it is shrinking or expanding, but I think esports as a whole is expanding and I think starcraft will follow suit. |

This isn't the game for you. Go find something else, or maybe try Custom games first ^^.
edit: Also, try BW ^^Last edit: 2012-05-29 10:20:27 |

Brood War will get the fire back. I never thought I'd try, but I've begun trying out and laddering SC2 on a friend's account. Just doesn't feel the same... :/
As for it dying, as what 3FFA said, this isn't the game for you if you feel bored or just not into it. |

| I fell out of SC2 personally. I play more LoL lately, but every so often I'll watch some and I still watch the SC2 talk shows. I think the main reason for me is that feeling like I'm playing with and against other people. I don't feel like I'm playing a game by myself when I play LoL as I do when I played SC2. I only blame battle.net for the loneliness. But I'll always stay here at TL. |

| I got D3 and played it for a few days and had a lot of fun, but I soon missed SC2. I don't see myself getting out of SC2 and into some other game. More likely, I would stop gaming entirely. |

I still haven't made up my mind about SC2 to be honest, first year or so i did nothing but watch SC2 streams and talk shows all the time and it was A LOT of fun. After a while I stopped with the talk shows, then the streams from players, and now i dont even watch GSL except for the final. SC2 doesn't seem to have that thing BW did so i can't blame you if you might not like it as much any more.
I'm mostly watching Dota2 now since BW is dying soon T_T, really love Tobi hes a great caster so he makes dota2 fun even though i barely understand the game. |

| The Day[9] dailies were so much better when he watched BroodWar games. Back in those good ol' days, an hour didn't seem like enough time for each analysis. |

You mean when he was talking about the game and not about himself?
This is out of place though. Still love the guy, but don't watch the dailies anymore. |

| You're surely not alone. In this depressing atmosphere with dwindling players, maphackers blatantly running wild, and sometimes frustrating losses, a lot of people are losing interest. My advice is try Broodwar. It's MUCH more satisfying playing and winning. |

Seems like several people want to make posts about how bad and awful SC2 is(tbh, the OP of this blog didn't do that though), esp compared to BW, and blah blah blah. I love SC2 and I think I need to make blog about it.
@OP No need to burn yourself out on anything. If you don't like it, you'll find something else you enjoy. Last edit: 2012-05-30 00:03:36 |

Nobody said anything about the game being bad, where did you pull that out from? |
