Well I saw the G9 mouse mod in Pony Tales over at totti's blog.

I thought I would give it a try with my old DeathAdder. (has a crack on the left finger)

First I took it apart and removed the palm rest. Grabbed a roll of masking tape and a sanding block I had...

Turns out the plastic on the palm of the DeathAdder is clear. =D
So I sanded it down where I wanted the TL logo to go.

I printed a small TL logo and cut it out on some masking tape to make my stencil.

Added some black spray paint and peeled the tape off. Lines are not as crisp as I would like but still looks good.

Last picture in the dark. Let me know what you think =D

I think matte black would of looked better. It would of been more awesome if you could of found some blue LED's and soldered them in. Other than that PRETTY DAMN AWESOME!

I like this idea but you lose all the texture don't you?

I really like the non-slick top of the Deathadder.

ummm not sure yet paint says full dry 24hrs. From what I can feel it is more textured then my other deathadder.
Could just be the paint is not fully dry yet.

Edit: Paint is dry now its not as textured as I thought but still not slick
