| Nothing wrong with losing interest in a game and its following, see you at another time. |

Hmm.. I've had that feeling before. But I always seem to come back to SC2 given enough of a rest. Have you ever took a break from the game before? It can be refreshing to take a couple weeks off. It always feels so smooth and polished and awesome when I return after a break.
Luckily, even if you leave SC2, SC2 will never leave you. It will always be here waiting for you to come back. |

Yea, I have and each time I come back I just lose interest faster. No, unfortunately this is probably permenant. It bothers me more than I thought it would to quit this game. I feel like I'm losing a family member XD

I respect your decision. I do think, however, that you should at least occasionally glance at the SC2 scene in case you change your mind somehow. GL man, and have fun. |

I felt like this today and played some Counter Strike all day. Psyched for SC2 tomorrow |

It does appear overly dramatic at first, but we need to take into consideration the sheer amount of time he's poured into sc2. As we all know starcraft is much more than just a game. Starcraft was and is a fantastic game that many people have invested tons of time into. |

you should just play sc2 casually instead of care so much about it and watch everything. IMO for the normal person to care so much about a video game it would get really really easy to become bored with it fast
sc2 is a gr8 game, but not when you devote so much time to it |

sc2 is a great game, but generally gets better the more time you put into it. There is so much more to the game once you are actually capable of playing it on a higher level.

They always come back...
But seriously once I got invested in the game last June and got sick of it (maybe it was because I played 60 1v1s in a day one time?) by february, told myself the game was a big time investment and I had no intent of coming back.
And then I started playing again |

| I have to agree some of that spark is gone for me too. The only thing I'm in for is the Brood War pros making a comeback in SCII.. Otherwise, I might have already joined you. Time to move onto other hobbies. I wish you luck. |
