I have just hit 1000 posts ... well 1006 posts now, but I blame that on the threads that are just so tempting. SO for this post I am going to do a rundown of stuff that really makes me tick. I'm going to do a little soemthing about cool shit. I am going to do a top 5
Starcraft
Number 5: some of the coolest stuff in the world has occured to me because of starcraft:
I joined a team called SoV, then proceeded to follow some of the best guys I know on starcraft to Faded gaming ps to any of the guys on Faded if they see my wee little post here, plz buddy me here, its been awesome playing with you, same to anyone if they recognize me
I realized that life is all about how you live it, the meta, and what you do rather than what you don't do, much like a game of starcraft
Finally starcraft has brought me closer to a community full of amazing people that I really could not have ever met otherwise. You guys have made my teen years (along with my girlfriend who is beautiful and amazing <3 = whipped)
Clothes / Music
Number 4: killer stuff that I learned from JWD and Boesthius: When I joined about a year ago, a little less, I really did not have a clue what I was doing LOL. + Show Spoiler +

I think the people who have shaped me more than usual, especially when it comes to music taste and clothing taste are these two amazing men. JWD really shaped the way I feel about shoes and how people should dress. What I learned from his blogs are invaluable and I developed my iown style, rather than just piggy-backing on that of others. I found out about places like (spoiling these places so I do not advertise for them) + Show Spoiler +
I also broadened my musical taste heavily. Though I did not always love the music that I heard, I definitely learned a lot from people like Intrigue, the artists that Boesthius would put in spoilers and the top 10 artists JWD would post. I learned of artists in his blogs and pandora showed me other probably more maintstream artists like them. Note some of these artist are just from my pandora and not from the blogs + Show Spoiler +
The Morning Benders
Mew
Dispatch
James Morrison
Donovan Frankenreiter
Paper Route
Bret Dennen
Red Wire Black Wire
The Strokes(so mainstream, yet so good T.T)
Those are but a few of the amazing music I enjoy now because of reading these guys blogs.
Role Models
Number 3: This one is hard to admit for me, but I have to say that some of my biggest role models are part of this community, people like Day[9]. + Show Spoiler +
All jokes aside, he has really shaped the way I think about my life especially with daily 100
which has really made me a better person along with a much better table flipper + Show Spoiler +
Day9 I want to thank you personally for really being a role model in my life despite the fact that you don't know who I am at all . Day[J] Hwaiting~~~ + Show Spoiler +
I think another person who has really shaped me is Grubby to an extent, I used to rage some, I used to not enjoy the video games I played, but after watching Grubby I have come to realize that really its all about having fun and enjoying what you do in life. More than anything its about following a dream and pursuing what you can do even if people say its impossible. People said it was impossible to exist without a team to sponsor, but Grubby is doing it right now, Team G man, Team G. G is Truly for Grubby.
Artosis, I'm just going to add a little part here because Artosis is a bit different in the way he has affected me. Artosis has a special way of explaining things, something that can never really be taken away from him and placed on another person, he is definitely someone who is himself and I really appreciate that. He is constantly in the public eye has not dissapointed yet (except for maybe artosis pyloning one too many times + Show Spoiler +
)
Husky and HD brought me into this great big world of SC2 and I am not afraid to say that even if I get yelled at for being originally a youtube n00b. Thanks to both of you guys, please keep up the good work in bringing new people in, I love what you do.
People who have affected my life range from comments from people on the website but that would be too numerous to show, so in short, you guys are true Ballers
Team Liquid Streams
Number 2: Streamers
For the countless hours I have "wasted" watching streams I would like to give shoutouts to all the people that have entertained me without even meaning to. You guys are truly the backbone of new age entertainment in the gaming world and I can't tell you how much I have appreciated it. In no particular order, everyone from
Blade5555
Sayle
AleJ
CecilSunkure
Attero
Grubby
BeastyQT To the koreans
NSHS.Sage
NSHS.Tassadar
MKP :DDD
ST.Squirtle
If I have enjoyed your stream and not mentioned you I am so sorry, but these are first several to come to mind .
Some non SC2 streamers include
TSM.TheOddOne
TSM.Dyrus
TSM.EVO.Aprhomoo
EatMyDiction
Great Threads
Number 1: Great threads
There are a number that come to mind when I think of great threads There is the blast from the past thread made by ROOTT1 I don't think I can forget the description of what higschool really is. I learned that college is very important day9 is always right after all I have seen too many girl blogs to remember but not all are created equally Some daysI questionhow BALLERI am. These are just a few of the greats, there are others that turned into real shit storms. But some of these threads became some of my favorite ones to read. Thank you TL for opening up a part of my life and giving me an outlet to learn from other people.
Just wanted to say that these are not all the blogs I read and that Newbistic's chef articles, King Charlie, and many of the girl blogs, and especially Azera's blogs have really captivated me. P.S. I can't forget about you, Haji and your ability to tell me just about everything in a quality manner
I hope I have many more great years here at TL, it has been a blast. Thank you so much to all the people that have made my time here the best possible
Please don't hate on my chobo thread skillz Please comment and the like, making it to 1000 only happens once .
