Watched your videos.

First, one thing I really liked: you seem to carry yourself really well (like caster quality imho).

Onto your episode. Definitely a fun exercise to try. But for me personally, determining an activity that makes you happy only scratches the surface. Going further and determining what about each activity you enjoy might be even more useful. Then you can branch out and determine other activities you've never tried and might like (maybe even more than the ones you do now).

And then there's the matter of what really makes a person happy. Sure, there are day to day activities that we all enjoy. But I'd say that being in a state of optimism or a state of pessimism is a learned choice. I know many many people might disagree with me but that is my opinion. We can choose to be happy or choose to be sad independent of what is going on around us. Finding that place of calm within ourselves is a great challenge that can't be summarized in a three minute video.

That's my two cents. I did enjoy the video and think the series concept and quality was great gj

Edit: Also thought of a book that talks a bit about happiness that is a fun read:

Hey mate, thanks so much for your comment and feedback! So much good stuff, will go and buy the book immediately :D
Good point about going more in-depth, that video was quick "iffy" and barely scratched the surface. I'll begin slowly getting more and more in-depth and hopefully provide some more value.

Thanks again, hope you have a great day!
