| Hey, this is pretty neat. If you're looking to make improvements, I'd definitely take off the sharp, white bits on the "planets." They don't really fit. Also, if you're going for the real, lonely feeling of space (which I think you should) take out the swirly parts on the right side and bottom. Let the focus be the planets and just extend the space out. |

^ Nuke got everything I'd say. If your focal is the planets, keep it that way. I like the way they're shaded now, where the lights emphasize the dark planets and make you look at the contrast, but I can't help but think they could be lighter. Also work on brushing, the right side and bottom left have almost straight lines where the brushing is evident cause it just turns black instantly. And maybe a bit more color than just blue/dark blue; try a hint of purple.
As a side note nukethestars is awesome. |

Well, those things in the bottom right corner aren't suppose to be there, I actually made it with a text from the start for my friend, who wanted it like that, but thanks for the other tips. Which I really appriciate (idk if it's spelled like that)! |

I agree that the white bits on the planets are too sharp. Also maybe it's just me but the sides of the planets feel "rough" to me. I'd like some blur around the edges (but that's just me).
Great work though, I could see myself using it if it had a few tweaks ^^Last edit: 2012-08-09 11:49:00 |

Pretty interesting looking, I like it
I don't agree with composition though. The swirls on the planets are very parallel to the planets' silhouettes making it hard to see the edges of the planets. You'll want angles that intersect each other closer to 90 degree angles so the eyes can see what objects are what easily. You should also look into the rule of thirds for composition. |

Wow, this is incredibly good ^^
Right up there with the best space/abstract wallpapers you can find on the Internet. No criticism, but I suppose the first few replies seem to know what they're talking about |

| Really like the picture! I think you should either go for a minimalistic feel or all out, right now it feels kinda "on the fence". I would suggest either removing the streams on the right side and bottom of the picture to give it more of an "in space" feel, or just make everything sharper and stand out more. |
