So I have been having crazy anger issues when it comes to loosing ladder games I shouldn't be loosing.
I am trying to come up with ways to help calm my anger when things like that can happen. I have seen players like Huk use a stress ball during matches. Would this help me when I loose a game? instead of getting hot headed and punching stuff, would squeezing a stress ball really make me calm?
Give me your ideas on ways to fix this.

Personally i dont really get that mad from a loss, but sometimes when i do i go just outside my house, and ran full sprint till my lungs are killing, when ur trying to breathe from lack of oxygen nothing else matters and ur so tired u just wanna sit down and not move urself too much, perfect for playing starcraft, well actually i just review my games because i bit too tired to actually play but it certainly takes the anger away =D hope this works for you

You get angry because your ego is too big. Completely remove yourself from your ego when you're playing and you won't be getting as angry. Also, excercise helps.
