I don't know why but I always make food (during the day I eat pre-cooked food or thing like pasta, you know, the student stuff.) when it's late at night, usually after midnight. So tonight, My snack is Super Popsicle with raspberry, vanilla yogurt and banana (also honey and maple syrup).

So I started by taking 1 cup of honey and 3 cup of raspberry (I only had frozen raspberry) (you can take any other berry) into a pan at high/medium heat during 5 minutes. I added 1 tablespoon of Maple Syrup (the real one) and after that you use a wire-mesh strainer into a bowl, using back of spoon to squeeze out juice and pulp. It should give something like this:

and a mess like this

After that you put the bowl in the freeze for 30 minutes just to cool it off.
Now, you pick 1 banana (for me it was frozen banana again) and you pull her skin off. Now she's all naked and shy.

and 2 cup of yogurt (I had vanilly) and you blend all that together.

Now prepare your container for the popsicle, mine was super small and there's one in the dishwasher so it will be for next time.
Now after the rasperry has cooled down, you can put all of the ingredients in the popsicle container. You can do as many layer as you want.

Because I didnt have any popsicle sticks, I used butter knife but they are too heavy so I put the popsicle in the freeze at least 1 hours just so the texture is more solid to hold the butter knife.

Now it take about 5-6 hours depend on your freezer, but I suggest 6 hours.
(NOTE: After 4 hours in the freeze, it appear the butter knife instead of a popsicle sticks is NOT the right way to do it. The knife just didnt get a grip on the popsicle.)

Lol the last three pictures in the blog made it look like you moved the popsicles from a normal house into some kind of hovel in Siberia.
But they look fantastic. Maybe try dipping the plastic part briefly into a pan of hot water? You'll melt a bit of the surface and the popsicles come out. |

Newbistic ever since you started posting more outside of your blogs I've been enjoying your posts as well~ what an awesome and nice poster you are :D
Yeah, just tip the plastic part briefly so that the surface of the popsicles will melt (also the plastic may expand slightly). |

I think I put too much honey and maple syrup with the raspberry, it melt pretty fast.
But still good.
