I used Broodlords

I finally managed to squeeze in a couple of games. That is all though, just two games.
I'm really hungry and I also need to sleep so that's the plan for the rest of the night.

I played zerg again, all this indecisiveness has taken me for a bit of a loop, but it feels the most rewarding when winning as zerg. I also win the most as zerg so that's good. I think it's settled, I really want to improve as this race.

The first game was a ZvZ and I did my normal style. 15 hatch, 14 pool in to roach warren and double evo between 6 and 7 minutes. eventually sprinkle some infestors in and win. I expanded slower than my opponent, much slower. This resulted in me having a bigger army when he tried to attack me so I crushed his push and attacked and won. He turned out to be platinum, so I'm pleased.

The next game was versus a terran, ZvT. This has been my weakest matchup much due to my unwillingness (a word or not, this is how I describe it) to go for Broodlords so I decided to switch it up in this game. I went for 14 pool, 15 hatch in to a third base at seven minutes and a couple of defensive banelings. I buildt a spire and made about 13 mutas to handle drops more efficiently as well as to scare him back to his base. Too many mutas I think though, 8-10 would have sufficed I think. A very sloppy transition in to broodlord, infestor, ling eventually won me the 35 minute-game.

Guess what, this guy was also in platinum.

I am almost shamefully proud of myself. Something that will most likely go away when I play some more.

I switched back to my own account which I believe to be at a slightly higher MMR and I am currently in low gold with a bonus-pool the size of the sun.

Tomorrow I have a day off with nothing planned so hopefully I'll get some laddering done.

I used broodlords too, once...
and it was good!
Those things are gamechangers on par with mutalisks.

I am currently in low gold with a bonus-pool the size of the sun.

The sun is 1.409 x 10 ^ 18 cubic kilometers. That's a really... really big bonus pool.

Nice man

As you get better, you can also simply rely on infestors + spores + queens to defend against drops easily if you position a couple per base while monitoring the mini map. Keep going~!

Yeah, it's definently late. I'm still lacking in the scouting department so I was just afraid of what he was doing.
It's something I have to work on.
