I'm sure everyone has experienced something like this. I don't feel too good today (not sick, just not in the mood) so I decide to build up a good lie and call-in sick today. Before I did, I wanted to have a good grasp on how to do it correctly. I've done it countless times before but I felt like it wasn't convincing enough and really felt like a lie. Since I like my co-workers, I wanted to come up with something they would all believe. This is how I found this website: http://www.wikihow.com/Call-in-Sick-When-You-Just-Need-a-Day-Off

If you have time, these are some pretty nice exemple on how to have a quick day-off without hearing the annoying sighs of your boss and co-workers.

Anyway, as I pick one good excuse to be able to go out tonight, my boss completely catches me off guard and calls me before I have the chance to build up something. Worst part is that she asks me if I can get to work earlier. I'm like "Euh no I don't want to come earlier." And she's like "Okay then, see you at 4!" and she hangs up.

FAILED. God damn it.
