LOL i was PERFECTLY aware it's Quiet Riot
and imo it's a good song, not great, but good
GTA Vice City is about the atmosphere of the 80s, and thought it's a really commercial game, the music was amazing. You had V-Rock, a radio station practically filled with non-stop Iron Maiden, Judas Priest, Motley Crue, Dangerous Bastard and much more.
