I got the new mouse yesterday and installed it. It feels muh different than the Dell mouse of course. I just played a pvt vs donkey[farm] and noticed my hand was getting very tired. I'm not sure how much of it was the mouse, and how much was donkey[farm]. Does this mouse make your hand tired? I consider my hands to be fairly normal in size. I played a couple of games yesterday but they weren't that long, so I haven't had ample chance to test this yet.
BTW I had it shipped to Tassadar. My family was confused except for my sister who found it funny (but somehow avoided every camera in the house).

| hm, well the diamondback definitley has a differnet shape than most mice, so your hand would be in a position that it's not accustomed to. |

I haven't had this problem with my other mouse, so I don't think it's purely poor posture/safety. |

| This happens to me every time I get a new mouse. Don't worry about it, your hand will adjust. |

| Ah micro that's cool. Once you get adjusted tell me how good a mouse for sc you think it is. I got the Krait pretty much just because it was cheaper and it was supposedly for RTS. |

Hahaha o God how nerdy
Seriously though, when you get a new mouse you have to allow yourself to adjust. I quickened this by changing the speed of the mouse to almost equal my old mouse. Like my Razer Deathadder on half speed in windows settings is equal to my mini op on full setting.

| the left and right click buttons are huge on the mouse, so find the points where your fingers are most comfortable, not necessarily in the valley |

Yea I'm going to wait it out and order that Razer Salmosa since it is designed for RTS specifically and obviously it is named after a Korean snake...So that explains alot...
Yea what I usually do to get used to new mouses with high dpi is lower the settings a tad bit and play for a few days then bump it up slightly to get used to the movement level gradually thru the days...As you do this the strain on your hand/wrist will start to get accustumed(sp?)to the mouse. (At least this helps me) |
