You can't. It requires a genuine KSSN and a phone check(?). I dunno if it works with cellphones.

Generators probably won't work these days, because they ask for your name and KSSN and check it against the database (at the least - an "identity verification" step that most sites use for cash transactions also need a registered cell phone OR an electronic certificate OR a visit in meatspace).

Yeah, Hangame's registration needs a cellphone number. You can still get KSSNs, but I don't want to use a KSSN that isn't mine and have someone in Korea take the phone call for me. There are heavy fines and jailtime for false details, so I'd rather use a legitimate account instead of getting someone else in trouble.
