I was just about hop in the shower when this song came on. I immediately sat down because I just had to listen to the entire thing before I left. Its from the Cowboy Bebop Soundtrack, performed by either the Seatbelts or the Warsaw Philharmonic (not sure on this since I have heard both numerous times) and sung by Jerzy Knetig. Anyway I plan on writing a more extensive blog about the music from Cowboy Bebop, but for now just enjoy this track, its so beautiful to me.
Edit: Btw I do know that this is not one of the original songs, so all of you music buffs out there just shove it.

If you are heavily influenced by the music of an anime (as I am) then you will love Cowboy Bebop. Yoko Kanno is reponsible for the majority of music as she composed it all, she also plays most of the slow piano pieces. I would also recommend Samurai Champloo if you havent seen it yet, the music in that series is absolutely amazing as well.

This Ave maria is one of my favorite song in cowboy bebop soundtrack. When I'm talking about this OST every body names TANK, I must have special taste because tank is not even in my top 10 but this song definitely is.
I don't remember how cowboy bebop ost arrived on my hard drive, because i did not even know the anime. But the music was so great I decided to watch it. At that time I did not know a lot about anime, maybe I shouldn't have started with the best one.

I also started watching cowboy bebop because I heard some songs from the ost.
I didn't enjoy the characters/story that much, but the setting and unique style kept me watching. I wouldn't call it one of my favourites but it's very good.
