yeah some of the stuff is staged, it's just so he can do a bunch of crazy stuff. Also at night he just goes to a trailer and eats gourmet food. I still like the show though.
Get the video of him knifing out an oxen eye and eating it and him swimming naked in like the arctic tundra (I say "like" because I'm not sure of the specifics)
