This is like the best cappuccino ever. Of course, I say that to myself pretty much every day of my life.
You see, a couple months ago I got a breville espresso machine off of woot.com for extreme discount. I've never been a big fan of regular coffee, but I've always love espresso, whether in a cappuccino or as a straight shot.
Waking up to an espresso or cappuccino every morning is amazing. If any of you have never tried a cappuccino or you like them but don't have an espresso machine, I recommend both.

Coffee I think could be considered an acquired taste. IMO depends on the coffee for me.

TBH I'm actually not addicted. I don't get a headache if I don't drink coffee or whatever, I just really enjoy the taste  |

No i don't have to drink it every day. As I said, I'm not addicted. I frequently go a couple days without coffee, and some time's I've gone over a week w/o it just because I forgot, so clearly I don't need it.
Also as I said, I don't enjoy coffee, I like espresso :D
yeah I know that sounds really pretentious but to me there's a huge difference. I really can't stand coffee but I love espresso 
So to answer your question, yes I really like drinking it. It's not just because i have to or I'm addicted |

Espresso is the actual type of coffee.
It's a special type of bean, and the process to make it involves sending water through the grinds at a high pressure (a very precise pressure for the process) and a precise heat. It produces what's called the crema, or the light brown thin layer of foam on top of the espresso that can often signify the difference between espresso and normal coffee if you've never noticed the difference.
A cappuccino (likewise a latte, machiatto, those are all made with espresso) is a drink made with espresso and milk. A cappuccino takes a bunch of milk and froths it using pressurized steam (basically) until it's foamy.
So a cappuccino is like espresso with foamy milk, whereas the espresso is just the actual coffee base itself. |

Enjoy them while they last.
Being a breville machine, be prepared for the day when it eventually breaks and dies, and warranty expires. I'm not a emotional person but damn near made me cry when that happened to me. I'm still saving/researching a new machine, probably going to cost in the thousands but for a real coffee addiction there is no substitute. The commercial machines just go and go and go. |
