FUCKING PEOPLE PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT YOU CANT FUCKING PLAY WITH EVERYONE IN THE FUCKING WORLD WITH FUCKING LAN LATENCY
IF I DISABLED LAN LATENCY ITS BECAUSE YOU PROBABLY LIVE 10000000000 KMS FROM MY PLACE AND NO AMMOUNT OF BANDWITH WILL STOP THE LAG.
Also, if the game says D+/C- me Z you terran I DONT WANT A D- PROTOSS or a C ZERG.

Yeah people that refuse to play a single game without LAN latency are kind of dicks, it's like going along the street with a guy with no legs in a wheelchair then complaining, when you arrive at some stairs, that you have to carry him.
And also I dunno what the deal is with people joining your game when they're a completely different rank from the one in the game name, it pisses me off. |

I feel so dirty posting in caps. I'd edit, but that'd ruin the hilarity of my post (at least I think it's funny.)
EDIT: I'll contribute to the thread, I guess...
Anyway, I find it very frustrating that ICCup can't tell you whether or not LL is enabled until you're in game. I, for one, would prefer lan latency and changing the settings to High or Extra high (can barely notice the difference, only with mutas and reavers have I felt it) than to have no LL at all.

| Well why play someone who doesn't have lan latency when you can just wait another 10 seconds and find someone who does? At least in the D/C ranks it's really easy to find games. |

uh no, not at all. i can choose who i want to play on iccup ladder. if i don't want to play someone who doesn't have lan latency, then why the hell does it matter? nothing even close to your analogy. |

One of the main reasons why iccup is so great is cause of lan lat. Playing without just feels terrible and is really annoying for me. I understand though about how annoying it is when people join the game despite not being the rank you asked for  |

Caps lock is cruise control for cool.
Unfortunately you still need to steer with cruise control.
Also, I only play LL on iccup, why would I bother playing somebody without it (when i'm not used to it) when I could just remake and get a new player in 5 seconds. I find there is a noticable difference especially with M&M micro.
However I've been lagging on Iccup for most of last season + this season, so I just play poker now.
