The top 2 players will qualify to go to Global Challenge held at gamescom 2011 in Cologne, Germany on August 17-21. The kick-off event for the sixth season of the Intel Extreme Masters will be host to sixteen of the best players from around the world competing for $21,000 in prize money.
This is the 3rd qualifier for the SEA Region, in which the top 8 will be selected from 4 cups to fight for their slots in the Intel Extreme Masters Global Challenge Cologne. It is a cash cup day as well - the top gamer will receive $75 for it.

What is Inside FXO?

Ipp will be hosting a recurring event known as Destiny vs Korea, name is subject to change. This is a $50 Best of 5 Show Match series with no set schedule, due to the 13 hour difference between EDT and KST. This event will be ran much like Spazcraft's with the exception of it being once a week and a Bo5, until I can find a sponsor.
This week's opponent is Park Seo Yong aka FnaticRain, formerly known as TSLRain is most known for placing 2nd in GSL Season 3 after eliminating both IMNesta and HongUnPrime. Twitch.TV is proud to announce a partnership with the Japanese SC2 community in the Starcraft 2 Japanese Community TwitchTV Cup Series! With over $750 in cash prizes and tons of hardware from Steelseries, this tournament aims at exposing the Japanese eSports scene to the world.
This is the second of 4 qualifying cups in the series. The top two players from each cup will move on to a final stage of 8 of Japan's best SC2 players, to be played August 21st at 11:00 GMT.
